Tbh I feel like the instrumentation here really butchered some tracks (look at what they did to airman), but I can’t deny the new song a are absolutely amazing, like wily tower 4
To me it sounds a lot like DOS Soundblaster FM, which I am not mad at at all because I’m a fan of that sound. Still, the Nintendo baby in me really wanted to hear fully orchestrated SNES versions.
Some sound kinda weird, but alot of the more energetic songs sound great. I think just the slower or calmer ones sound odd. Also some rough translation of Protomans whistle lol
Although I like the switched up tempo for some of the remixes, there are times where it was not a welcome addition at all (looking at you MM1 boss theme).
@@Classic236 It is by far the easiest because of Metal Blade, which has almost infinite ammo, a massive hit box, high damage, and - most of all - it fires in 8 directions. There is one exception to this, and that is the castle boss that is weak only to Crash Bomb.
this was a good deal when it came out for sega owners at that time. Capcom was still putting out Megaman games in the Nintendo Entertainment System like Mega 6
Really good use of the YM2612 despite it's limitations. But the arranger here composed the original Castlevania too so. She does have chops.
She also worked on Mega Man X3
Lamb or pork?

I wasn't a fan of the instruments at first, but honestly these could compete pretty well against the NES originals.

OK but 34:38 is clearly superior to the original.
3:32 Megaman stage start theme
18:31 Megaman 2
42:40 Megaman 3
Hyper Storm H is one of my favorite MM themes of all time

You probably came to hear how this one sounds.
31:54 - Mega Man 2 - Dr. Wily Stage 1
Best wishes.
Almost redeems them of their sins against my boys Metal Man and Quick Man.

I beat the three games, I think Mega Man 2 was the hardest :/
Yeah, Megaman 2 it's the most hard Megaman Game of the Classic saga

@@jewymcjewjew9939 that reduce the hardest part of all the game, but there are more cool weapons like the Air Buster or the Heat Buster
You may want to avoid 4, 9, 7, and maybe 11, because they're not very appealing.

Happy 30th Anniversary!
I wish Wily wars had Mega Man 4.

WHY DOES THE MM3 PASSWORD THEME SOUND SO GOOD
The Mega Man 3 - Dr. Wily Bpss Theme actually starts at 1:04:05
Sad we never got an original physical release in north america

I was today years old, in this random Megaman remake ost, when I figured out that the intro to Megaman 2 is a reference to the ending to Megaman 1 x_x
i think megaman three has the best sega ost
🥰
Honestly the ending to megaman 1 could work well with sonic and its characters from the manga.
Mega Man 1&2 sound superior in my opinion, though i think 3 is a bit better on the nes.
Bad game, awful translation of the music. I'm glad I played the NES originals before I got to this one b/c I would have never come back.
Fair enough. The remastered versions (not Wily Wars) improved in several areas tho so if you haven't got those yet, go for it!
Not all of the games music is bad
@@shannontabler9773 theyre just a sega hater these most of these are good some are actually better versions
