Way to go, Mama! Thanks for sharing your experience and journey. Also, just a note for anyone watching who might be experiencing a longer recovery with their second, please know that you’re not alone! There is light at the end of the tunnel.
Hi NIkole, try to avoid combing your hair while its wet or right after shower. Roots are open & very sensitive and are way more easier to come out with the pressure. Let it air dry a bit and then try it.
"I found you when Sage was 6 months old. I loved all your videos then. That's when my first son was born. Now my second son was born on the same day as Oakley. I swear it wasn't intentional :) Kisses from Hungary!"
I think the transition from not being a mom to becoming a mom is so shocking, beautiful but hard. That’s why the first time around it takes a whileeeee to feel like yourself again. Because you don’t really know who you are gonna be from now on! But the second time around….. you are freaking ready!!!! Hahaha Xoxo ❤❤❤
I’m a first time mom with a 4 month old. I exercised my entire pregnancy and bounced right back. I’ve heard too that the second baby is harder to come back from, so that’s good to hear that you don’t feel that way.
5 weeks PP with baby number two, and I feel SO weak. Recovery has been good as I didn't need stitches and had an all natural birth this time. I started walking 2 weeks PP, but I am still 22 lbs overweight. I'm hoping to gradually add weights after 6 weeks, and I definitely need to eat better, too! I am also trying to keep up my milk supply without pumping.
I might have to try copilot once I feel ready to get back into it. That sounds like what I need. I'm only 3 weeks postpartum at the moment myself. However, I already can say I agree with you. This transition has been easier when it comes to feeling like myself. Even though I'm still in the newborn fog, the postpartum trimester can come so much more naturally. You have gotten me excited to get back into the gym, but I am listening to my body and I feel like I'll know when I'm ready. Thanks for always keeping things so real for us mommas out there. :)
You are so cute!!! I love how you like to be so independent!!! Your financee is awesome but just seeing you go about your work while filming isn’t easy but you just inspire and calm me down about my own anxieties.. when I saw you with Oakley and cooking, I was like Go girl!!!!!! That’s how you need to be… HAPPPYYYY DOING YOUR THINGGG WIH YOUR LOVED ONES AROUND
I am almost 4 months postpartum (with my first!) and could not relate more! I’ve gone down in weight but my body shape is all different so nothing is fitting. Getting dressed was so frustrating so I am slowly buying new clothes that are my new style and that fit me! But for now leggings, loose tees and sweats are a go-to haha. Loved the video 😊
I actually developed a hernia in my bellybutton after baby so exercise was delayed-😢 I do like to see stuff you prep in the kitchen-was curious, did you started the TH-cam on your own ? Or did your followers from your books asked you to create one?
Hi Nikole, you look amazing and beautiful 😍 do you consider doing Pilates? I’ve seen some people online reporting amazing results specially in terms of core strength 😀 you’re doing great 😊😘
Hello! Where did you get your yoga pants with the cross low-rise waist? I'm trying to find something like this for pregnancy and after. Also, I love your videos!
I think drinking water for just overall health is so important. Your body is made up of mostly water and it helps with so many functions. Anytime I have a headache it’s usually always because I didn’t drink enough water
I'm 8 months pp after 3rd baby. I'm no where near getting my body back. Having a hard time losing the excess weight. And having to deal with pains that show up due to weak muscles & bad posture.
Love your videos and how you always share as much as possible with us. I was sorely tempted to go at the one negative comment i saw but had to stop myself cos i dnt like negative people and dnt wanna interact with them but i had the strongest urge to defend you😂. ❤ you and your family and thanx for the motivation. Dnt get why if people feel triggered then they shud just stop watching the content and go watch something else. Why they feel the need to comment anout it honestly!
Just had our second baby less than 2 weeks ago. I definitely agree so far that the experience/transition for me has been easier this time. But the phase of not feeling yourself is still tough. The first baby you can be in sort of a whirlwind and the time flies, the second one because you already have another child you can’t really afford to be that way. You have to be so much more present, can’t be on your phone because you have a toddler watching you, you need to limit tv & navigate toddlerhood emotions. So in some ways it’s easier and in other ways it’s not.
Nikole......I feel like you are brushing your hair way too rough.....maybe be much much softer when you brush, and maybe that would help you lose less hair......there is also a supplement called "Viviscal" that is good to prevent hair loss.
@@HealthNutNutrition i think the stuff i use is called love your curls. I put it on wet and then scrunch and let it air dry. Would look super cute and effortles on you! You are a natural beauty
Sleep regressions don’t exist it’s literally just growth spurts who also weirdly correlate with injections if you choose to do that. That’s what causes the drama and health fails that lead to irritability and no sleep.

Loved your video, thanks for keeping it real. I am 9 months post-partum of my first baby… watching you gets me motivated to get my body back. ❤❤

Hi Nicole, How important is drinking water in regards to weight loss. Would love your opinion. Love your videos. Thanks 😊

Question- Do you track your workouts through co-pilot only? Or do you also track through Apple fitness?
P.S. Oakley is growing so much 👏
Both! It connects automatically to the copilot app which is really cool. So it lets my coach know what movement I did on my watch
@@HealthNutNutrition 🙌 thanks for sharing

Air dryer your hair is actually worse than blow drying! Optomal is using microfiber towel the drying on cool
I feel like a drowned rat 😂😂😂😂 what’s your go to heat protector? I’m looking for a new one.
I’ve been enjoying the briogeo one!

Your hair might be curly
Yea it definitely has some wave to it. I should try the curly girl method and see if I can get some good curls haha

ok😂
Interesting. My 4 month isn’t vaccinated and we’ve had no sleep regression.
