    The red flower opening on blue background is magic. I feel like my heart chakra is expanding looking at it. I'm going to try and paint 🎨 it.

    Wow this was very special. What a beautiful practice. It gave me the opportunity to connect to my loving soul and remind myself that this journey of working toward physical self healing ❤️‍🩹 is not being done alone and although it can seem and feel very lonely surrounded by others who are not walking physical pain this meditation gave me the opportunity to feel safe and connected and supported and loved by my own soul. Thank you for this experience and for all of the meditations you share with us ❤

    I really enjoyed this one. It helped me digest my insecurities on a beginners level. Cam you make a longer version of feeling safe I would like to be able to explore the deeper feeling when I am ready!

    During this I felt that I need closure! How do I get to the next step and have closure? It needs to be settled so I can move on with life.

      You give yourself closure. It doesn’t come externally. It’s internal. Everything you need is internal. No need to look outside of yourself for it. That comes from needing validation from others. That’s the Ego.

    Thank you for calm meditation.
    Alternate nostril breathing is typically done with the thumb and ring finger, but the meditation instructions were with the thumb and middle finger. This was very distracting to me and I could not focus very well.
