    Sir, fruit juice aside, I've beetroot juice daily is it good to consume beet juice or have it as salad(which is hard for me because of the taste, please help

      Hi Suraj! Same logic will apply on beet root too! If you are juicing it, you are removing the Fiber side of it. Toh koi nuksaan nahi hoga as such but faeda toh aap miss out kar rahe ho.
      Agar salad achha nahi lagta toh usko bahot alag tareeke se use kar sakte ho.

      Fruits aap according to season kha sakte ho! Fruits aap wash karke khana hai, juice bana ke nahi! As fruit juice is basically liquid sugar!

    The biggest misconception about sugar is that Jaggery is good but Refined is not. Essentially sugar will come in form of Sucrose or Fructose but both will break down as Glucose or Glycogen. Body cannot differentiate between Sucrose or Fructose.
