My friend told me a story once about when he was a younger man. He was in the habit of sleeping around with girls, cheating on girlfriends, trying to pick up girls at nightclubs etc and going to confession before Mass every Sunday so he could receive Holy Communion. One Sunday, he unknowingly went to a TLM parish and went to confession before Mass started. He confessed the same sins he was used to confessing. The Priest asked him if these sins were common for him and he admitted they were, so he refused to absolve him and told him to earnestly repent before trying to receive The Eucharist again. At first, my friend was very upset about what happened. It rocked him so hard that he actually stopped attending Mass for an entire year. Eventually, he realized the Priest was right for doing what he did. My friend started to take his faith seriously. He came back to the Church, changed his ways and became so knowledgeable about the faith that he actually sponsored me in my RCIA class. Denying Holy Communion to those that aren't living in unity with the teachings of the Church can be the most pastoral thing a Priest can do.
When I see someone not taking Holy Communion I don't think "Look, they're in mortal sin" but "Look, that person takes Communion seriously and does not receive it lightly".
Your kind comment really touched me, I’m dying to receive holy communion, but I can’t because I’m not married by the church, hope to be able to change that soon so I can finally do it :)
This! I'l be honest, I didn't know that people had these hang ups. About a month ago, I went for the blessing rather than the eucharist because I knew that there were a couple of things that I needed to confess before receiving. But I didn't feel embarrassed or as though others were judging me. A little awkward because the minister wasn't expecting it (he did a nice blessing though), but it was fine.
Beautifully said friend. Please watch the warning or illumination of conscience by Christine Watkins. Then a video entitled Don’t call protestant’s Christian. I prostrate before Jesus in worship and to Mary in veneration and ask their forgiveness. Praise Jesus and Mary always!!!
I actually called a local Catholic Church today and asked about tonight’s service. They have reconciliation before- but it’s been 20 years for me since my last. 😳 Catechism was not taught well. I feel like a baby in the Church learning what I am suppose to do. Just going to go for a Blessing for me and my son tonight. And a Thank You to Father Schmitz. Your Bible in a Year podcast has been such a Blessing.
I encourage you brother that if you ask for an appointment at your local church they will give you a time to go for confession. God knows all our sins and he is never scandalized by us he only wishes to see us come closer to him and he wants to give you his body and blood especially. I know that if you go you will find such intense peace in your heart. I will pray for you and your son. We are all sinners brother but we don’t have to carry these burdens alone. God can lift those off your shoulders and make you a new man today! Peace! 🙏🏻
I sat in my car on a cold winter's night knowing I was going to go to my first confession in over 30 years. I heard Mother Angelica's words say 'just go to Confession'. After an hour of pouring my heart out and lots of tears, I felt like someone had just lifted a hundred pounds off me when the Priest laid his hand on my head and said "I absolve you of your sins". You are like a baby LM being reborn again. When you do it, you will be overjoyed and filled with a sense of love you've never had before. You could always phone the Priest and make arrangements to meet for confession at a specific time/day or tell him if you want to go before Mass. Often times, though, you'll need more time than the average and you don't want to be rushed through this first visit. You'll have a lot to cover and the Priest will guide you. God love you LM...............it's going to be absolutely wonderful. Then....go buy an ice cream cone to celebrate! God will be proud. xoxo
Welcome home! Take those steps to deny yourself. I understand not everyone can afford to separate homes BUT you can decide sex is off the table and you can decide birth control and abortion are never again things. Please try to go to confession...if they eont absolve you they'll tell you why and tell u what steps you need to do to obtain it. Courage and hope dear friend. Jesus loves you and so does his mama.
@@JuanVargasArts Thank you for your words of encouragement. (Actually I am a woman but my name is vague) Spoke to the priest after Mass and will be making arrangements for an appointment. We’ve been going back to church recently, Protestant/southern baptist (husband is Protestant upbringing), but it’s not Home to me. I was fortunate as a kid going to a cathedral, which is now a Basilica Minor. The reverence when you walked in - nothing like it. There is a Latin Mass service an hour drive. I’ve been wanting to do that for a while- just not sure what changes the Vatican will be making to them. Apparently they met recently. I’d love to experience an authentic Latin Mass.
My Mom is 70. Fell away for 55+ years. We were blessed Monday with my conversion (baptism, confession, confirmation & 1st communion) & she went to confession & recirced the Host alongside of me. Beautiful reconciliation.
I know some priest have married couples without them even having all there sacraments it saddens me because they’re just trying to make them happy & it not what GOD wants for he’s ppl.
@@maryp5127 I think that falls into the passage about leading the little ones astray. I know a woman that a priest told her it was okay she knowingly married a divorced man (who had had 3 wives previously and had converted to Catholicism to marry the last one) because the priest knew she was a good Catholic.

I remember just before I separated from my ex-husband, knowing he was unfaithful & “committed” to another, having sex one last time. The intimacy of the union was “distorted” & damaged. You are so correct Father Mike. I felt used & destroyed. I can only imagine how Jesus feels when we partake of Him knowing we only want to be faithful in the areas we want to, not totally committed to Him.
I am sorry that happened to you. Your explanation of that painful experience helped me to understand Father Mike's explanation...being 100% faithful. Thanks Isn't Father Mike great with how he teaches?
Christ was clear to the adulterous woman: Repent and do not sin again. Which means we must surrender to God completely. If we do not, then we can't be forgiven. Otherwise, it's worthless. Thank you, Fr. Mike, for the souls you save and how you educate ALL of us.
I am orthodox and we need to fast (2 vegan meals per day) 3 days before communion and of course confess just before the mass and communion. When I was living with my boyfriend, I was also denied communion although I was fasting, praying and confessing. I accepted this because I knew my sin. There is no negotiation or compromise with receiving the Body and Blood of Jesus
The problem is that «orthodoxy» is vague, since the national churches are autophalous. Some allow divorce and remarrying. Many allow artificial contraception. I was even told that some allow abortion under some circumstances. No matter how much fasting one does, if you are divorced or have committed any of those acts, you can't receive communion in the Catholic church without confession, period.
It has been about three years since I have gone to confession. This has led me to look for spiritual answers, but they are not from God. I have recently realized that I must stop my sins, but some of them can be addictive. Thank you to Father Mike for continuing to shed light on these important topics. Once things in my community start to open again, I will make sure to go to confession because it is an important part of my faith. God bless you, Fr. Mike. You are in my prayers. 🙏💕
For those who suffer with scrupulosity and mental disorders in conjunction with full disposal (or consumption) of the Holy Eucharist or feeling anxious of whether or not you are allowed to receive Communion without being in an objective state of mortal sin (there is some subjectivity and flexibility in these circumstances) trust in God’s mercy. For those who also struggle with finding and trusting the words of regular confessor, trust in God that what they will say is from Jesus Himself. This is not easy as I struggle with all the time. Know you are not alone.
I understand what you mean, and it can be excruciatingly painful to live the Mass with scrupulosity. But yet again, God sees that effort, and will provide healing and mercy. Praying for you @Mark Tapia
Thank you, many forget or don't realize this makes some of us panic a great deal, when it should not. Yep that is what I do too... The message from Fr. Mike is right... but Yes.. those of us with disorders... Trust in God... That is what I must do too. Especially with Confession being hard to find here. I am praying to God constantly for forgiveness because I don't know what else to do. But I also read people saying how they feel weird if they accept when they shouldn't... I don't know about you, but I always feel warm, and like I can finally be calm once I receive communion. I think that is a silent sign. That is it ok. Plus we all know before all those other things no matter what his message might be the first thing Jesus says over and over is.. "I love you. I Love you." Believe in That, and it will be Ok. God Bless!
Wow…….You just spoke DIRECTLY to ME! I was very obviously brought to your remarks by the Holy Spirit. Exactly what I need to hear right now. May God bless you abundantly for your remarks. You have touched this soul!
I’m literally so grateful for Fr. Mike. He has been someone who ive looked up to. And has encouraged me to live a life to follow our Lord as a true Catholic.
Outstanding video, Father. You speak truth in a time of confusion in the Church. I wish more priests had your courage. You truly care for your flock and their eternal souls.
Yes, I wish more Priests would talk about this. Most young Priests talk about nothing other than death. We had a visiting Priest covering for our Pastor on vacation and to a Church full of average age 80 years olds, he talked and talked and talked about death! Maybe we need to hear more about living and how to live fuller lives.
I went to Confession for the first time in 5 or maybe even 13 years (I don’t even remember when it was, that’s how infrequent) - and the Gospel that day was the Parable of the Prodigal Son. That was before Lent, and since then, I’ve gone twice. In conjunction with actually reading the Bible and Catechism, I have never felt more alive and knowledgeable about THE Truth in my entire life. God is waiting for all of us. I pray that everyone comes back to Him; He loves us unfathomably and wants us to so badly. We love You and trust in You, Our Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! 🙏🏼❤️🙌🏼
My first time going to church after a long time away it was a weekday mass and the gospel was about the mustard seed. I have an intense obsession with gardening and plants. The mustard seed is also about having even small faith God can use it and let it grow. And it felt like God's way of saying hey your back welcome!
"AND ANOTHER BUS DROVE BY, interrupting this incredible deep moment!" LOL 😆 🤣 😂 I absolutely love your passion for evangelizing. Thank you for your Priesthood Father Mike. We love you and are incredibly blessed and grateful to have you as a Shepherd.
God bless you Father Mike! You are such a blessing! I love listening & watching you speak. It is so fun to watch your enthusiasm & Joy. Thank you Jesus for inspiring this humble & obedient servant with Your Spirit-filled Truth.
Father Mike, thank you for the true word. Love listening to your daily "Bible in a Year" on Hallow, these mini lessons help me gain strength in my faith. God Bless you.. Praying for you daily.
Amen!!! Many don’t realize the real gift of confession!! The more you go the easier it gets!! And the blessings far outweigh any possible discomfort!! Just do it! It helps us to grow closer to Jesus! And the feeling of being forgiven is something that cannot be explained!! Pray for the Priests every day. It cannot be easy to take this all on! Thank you Father Mike!!
Thank you Father for being faithful. Am certain those times must be difficult, but you are doing right and that (for all of us)is often hard. God bless you. Praying for you and all priests.
Thanks father Mike, pray for me father so I can devote my self to Mary pure heart & help my family and society. My name is suhail & I live in Dubai 🥖🥖🥖
I go to Mass 3-5 times a week for 8 months but haven't entered in RCIA yet. I don't care what people think when I stay seated. I fully believe and I can't wait, well I have to but I'm so excited
There was an episode of MASH involving Father Mulcahy hearing a soldier's confession. The soldier had taken his dead buddy's travel orders and dog tags to go home. When the soldier confessed this and asked for absolution, Father said he could not unless he ended this charade of stealing this identity. What an episode! I'm enjoying your BIAY podcast along with some other ones on your channel.
Thank you Father Mike for loving God and us enough to shepherd us in His truth. It can be lonely and discouraging to continue to carry our cross and follow Jesus. I pray that your message of truth will somehow find its way to my prodigal spouse and penetrate his heart, mind and will. I pray for you daily. Please pray for me, and my broken family.
I’m in the same situation. My husband was raised Lutheran, but he claims to be agnostic now. I think he’s more like an atheist. My grown son is following his example, sadly. However, my teenage daughter tolerates watching Fr. Mike’s masses with me (after we attend our parish mass), so I’m hoping his words resonate within her.
this is a tough one to hear, as i’ve been having a hard time getting to church since the pandemic….but i don’t feel attacked by these standards, i feel called to them.
Father, as someone who hasn't been baptized or catechized yet, I love these videos. People criticize the church for being harsh or tyrannical with her rules, and yet we don't compel them through any form of force. We don't require conversion at the barrel of a gun, we don't extort people into obeying your dogma, we literally do nothing except try to convince people. That is the opposite of tyranny. If you don't follow the rules of Catholocism, fine, that's your choice... but that doesn't mean you get to have whatever you want. I would love to partake of Holy Communion, when I go to church there is NOTHING I want more than that (I confess, as much as I love God, I struggle with boredom in church), but I haven't done the basic tasks necessary to receive Holy Communion. You are quite literally doing the Lord's Work.
Thank you for your integrity, Father Mike. My Mom just asked who I was listening to and I told her how you were explaining how one needs to prepare to receive Holy Communion. And she said : “That’s so old fashion!” She's 87, born in 1934... That’s the problem with that generation : they threw the baby out with the bath water, at least here in Quebec, and my generation is stuck with the consequences...“And I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of Heaven, and the pains of Hell ; but most of all because they offend Thee, my God”. Praise be Jesus!
Father I have been listening to your podcast for weeks now. I am only on day 20ish so I have a loooooong way to go. I have been very thankful to hear your lessons and your style of reading. I am glad I found this channel finally too. Thank you for everything!
You are doing great, Conner! Don't look at being on Day 20ish as a bad thing. Better yet, you have responded to God's call 20 times MORE than before! Keep it going! 🙏
I wish more priests would talk like this. Went to a Mass the other day and the priest’s whole homily was how the Eucharist isn’t a purity test and refusing it is somehow terrible. He didn’t make any distinction at all and also mentioned not refusing “politicians”. Sigh.
The thing is, Even Mr. Schmitz can't do, to deny someone the communion. We learn in the communion-lesson, that we are not supposed to NOT give someone the communion, eventhough we know that the person is in mortal sin. Actually we should do it as our lord says in the Bible, that we have to speak with the person and let him notice the sin, he made. If he doesn't listen, than we should bring support to convince him. If this does not work, than the whol community should be involved. And if he still does not listen, then he shall be excluded from the community.
It's not anyone's business who receives communion. Why mention politicians? You don't know what your neighbor does or anyone receiving. So don't worry about the politicians worthiness.
Thank you Father Mike 🙏 As a new catechist I will share with others His love and gifts that God has given us. Through your teachings I am better prepared to move forward with my faith formation as well as guide others towards theirs. God Bless us all William
To Thy self be true. (What you know to be the truth and promised to preach). Tough to do, easy to say; sounds to me like your walking the walk Father. There is a reason it's called "tough love", .... good job. It's good to know you love God and us enough to care more about our soul than our comfort level. Amen.
Thanks Fr Mike... You have always been consistently preaching the truth (especially hard truths) with love. You're in my daily prayers! Love from Malaysia!
Thank you to all priests for giving your lives in service to the church. Fr Mike, you shepard your people well, even when it’s difficult. God bless you!
You are right Father. One of the most difficult moments for me have been when I cannot grant the forgiveness to people who would like to receive the Eucharist but they're not ready to stop doing what prevents them to be in full communion with the Church. Blessings in your ministry
Amen 🙏🏼 Fr Mike Schmitz. I’ve been watching Mass since Our Churches closed down due to COVID. I’ve been going to confession religiously. Started to get involved with 3rd Order Franciscans, even though my Saint is Saint Augustine. 😅🙏🏻. So now Im experiencing Dejavú 🥺😅😇. May God Bless All. May The Sacred Heart of Jesus Forgive Us and May Our Blessed Mother Interceded For Us. 🙏🏻 May The Church, The Holy Spirit, Prayers, Scripture, and Our Saints, help us in Our Spiritual Journey, and practice the Sacraments, as much as possible. Amen 🙏🏻
@@johnpglackin345 Well if I’m not mistaken it came down from Vatican 🇻🇦, and The Bishops of the United States. That’s why everything had to go virtual, before the nationwide shutdown and CDC Guidelines to protect Parishioners and Our Priests. Keep in mind if the few that we already have, many have died due to age and the Cov-19. I live in a neighborhood surround by some Protestant Christian denominations. And I can firmly confirm, that a majority of them had to shut down because they were not following CDC guidelines, and were seeing a higher infection and death rate. (Prior to the Vaccines 💉). Forgive me if I’m wrong, but that’s what happened within my borough in South Jersey. 🥺😔😢☝🏼🕊❤️🤲🏼🙏🏼
Padre Mike you are soooo on point! Many of my single Catholic friends don’t comprehend why they are in the situation they are in. It’s their action of choices they made. Living with a boyfriend and trying to be that “married” couple doesn’t work. They wonder why it’s not working. I often express to them to THINK about that choice before they walk into that situation. It’s exciting to see when the change is made, gone to confession, attend Holy Mass to feel totally free and happy.
I was afraid to watch this video, not disappointed tho thankfully! I’m finally understanding how I was intended to be catechized and how that went wrong. Spent a decade a “pagan” before daring to re-encounter the Catholic Church. Grandpa was so proud of my return in November 2019, and he was always often openly so proud of me in many aspects. As I’m understanding things now, I still have so much farther to go, but at least I’m on the right path. I sure wish catechizing was more intense though to be honest. Also more positive, it’s a huge turn off for everything to be shamed or threatened. God bless, friends!
That was awesome! Judge their ACTS, what they plan to do or not do!! That helps in ordinary people's life! I have actually tried to live that...hate the sin, not the sinner.
It is about being responsible, bearing responsibility for our actions and trusting God's divine mercy, if we do not trust God that God wants and is able to transform us and cleanse us from our sins, or worse if we can no longer see what is sinful in our lives because we do not trust the Church; we profane the Body and Blood of Christ which becomes a greater sin in itself.
Thank you so much Father Mike for the clarification, I understand more completely now why the Priest denied me confession; he didn't explain to me the reasons. I have received the proper documents from the Diocese and am on my way to receive the Blessed Sacraments again. Thank you Jesus for our faithful Priests. God bless you always Father Mike 🙏🏼
Father Mike, Thank You so much for speaking the Truth! It's hard to come by these days! I am learning Soo much from Bible in the Year with you!✝️🙏. God Bless You for being a beacon of Light, in a Dark world!!
Wow so strong. IT is our choice. I read the comments once that one men said that he didnt ask for Jesus to Give his life on the cross and now Church demand that he should be greatfull Jesus for that. Crazy, isnt IT? He forget that Jesus doesnt push Him to follow. IT is his choice.

Father Mike, thank you for sharing personally about your life as a priest. And your example of married intimacy & receiving the Eucharist worthily especially highlights the unique privilege of both. God bless you
Thank you so, so much Father Mike.... it is very true what you just said. I am a Catholic..... I have been Catholic my whole life. I do not participate in taking the Holy Communion because I am not married by the church. I know that I am living in sin and I am not worthy of Holy Communion. I still got to Mass, I pray my Holy Rosary, I go to confession, I participate sometimes in the Holy Hour. I do not mind what people think of me at my church for not taking / participating in the Holy Communion. GOd bless you Father Mike for saying yes to the Priesthoo and for teaching the realand raw truth of God. Viva Cristo Rey. Ave Maria Purisima pray for us. San Jose pray for us.
Is it not also good to Believe and have Faith in God's Forgiveness when you Confess? God doesn't keep after. Once you confess its done. You are clean and able to move forward. You are not in that same sin after that. I normally wouldn't say anything, its not my place. But isn't God's forgiveness stronger then that? You should be fine to receive it after going to Confession. No? People that come from other Faiths aren't always Married by the Church. Are they never to receive it either? I think you should really talk to your Priest because I feel like you are missing out on something pretty big here. Jesus said to come and eat, and to Trust in his forgiveness. God Bless you.
Please consider speaking with your priest, who may be able to tell you what your marriage can be blessed in the Church. Receiving Jesus in the Holy Eucharist is the best!
Father, Father....where art thou??????????? Your silence is, well, deafening, especially from one who is not shy about commenting on extremely controversial subjects. I'm disappointed, but not surprised. Enjoy a festive Labor Day weekend. Jim Farrell
Jim I am sorry that you feel abandoned, I am sorry that you are crying out seemingly at the top of your lungs to God without feeling him anywhere you look. I am so sorry that you don't understand what is happening to you. I am sorry that you feel like it's eating you alive and bringing out the worst in you and despite all efforts it feels invain. Maybe your situation is different than mine was, but maybe you understand where I am coming from. I am sorry that you feel left out in the cold, and at the same time you feel like you're burning alive. This life, this world, this reality, has always been infinitely more than meets the eye, and when you think as I did, that you are strong enough to know it all, to figure it all out, God let me believe that so I can find out the truth by letting me walk in my lie. You may not feel him there, but I bet you feel him watching don't you? That also infuriated me, but before you let go of your pain, you have to release every poison that is killing you, and sometimes that relief comes through the feeling of fire, this world is not easy, why do you think the rarest thing to see is someone who didn't give up? Jim you are on the right track keep it up please, because you will make it through, but God is gonna help you get rid of all of that sickness, bitterness, hatred, agony, and everything else that might be residing within you, and releasing it is so painful that it is impossible not to be scared shitless, so then we use anger to deny how we really feel, I actually shut myself out from accessing my true feelings some how, like locking myself out of my car with the keys inside, so you need to call a locksmith to help you do what you cannot, same concept that you are dealing with I would presume? Stay faithful and stay open minded, God is making a way, and I am seeing it with my own wisdom, please do not quit, because you will find rest, but first you need to be free from everything that is stealing it from you.
Thank you so much for this video father. Your videos are always so helpfull but this one is so important, I really needed to hear this today. Keep up the good work! God bless!
Praise be to God. Thank you for not backing down and not being a coward like some. Now more than ever we need strong priest, bishops, archbishops, cardinals and on up. I hate to say Pope Francis is not standing up against worldliness. Our job is to serve God first then concern ourselves with others. Not the other way around. Thank you again!
For me in my baptism, it was divine timing between the too naive age but still with the child’s submissive heart. This put me at the moment of most intent.

After an hour of pouring my heart out and lots of tears, I felt like someone had just lifted a hundred pounds off me when the Priest laid his hand on my head and said "I absolve you of your sins".

My Mom is 70. Fell away for 55+ years. We were blessed Monday with my conversion (baptism, confession, confirmation & 1st communion) & she went to confession & recirced the Host alongside of me. Beautiful reconciliation.
Thank you for not compromising on TRUTH.
AMEN!!

Thanks
Isn't Father Mike great with how he teaches?
If you have children together that can change those dynamics, however not wrong to be sure.
That is because your beliefs are similar to ours. If I wasn’t catholic I would be orthodox
Best of luck on your spiritual journey!
@@GuadalupePicasso thank you! :)
As a married person, that was an analogy I had never thought of before but made so much sense.
I Love you."
Believe in That, and it will be Ok.
God Bless!
Very good comment.
I agree.
Thank you for this. Currently going through scrupulosity pretty bad and it’s just good to hear I’m not alone.
These videos are helping me to understand my religion I was raised in (Catholic) thank you 🙂
From UK (Scotland) 🏴
Yo is your faith going okay, just checking...
Fr Mike is so Courageous. Thank for all that you do and for this video.
Some people don’t like having to attain a certain standard, however a lot people find the church appealing because of this
Thank you. Because we Love Jesus We must do what is right❤😇
Thank you Father for being faithful.
Oh, Fr. Mike! Thank you! You are SO RIGHT! We need to repent fully, not conditionally!
Again, THANK YOU Fr. Mike. After watching Lori Lightfoot receive Holy Communion, this was so refreshing to listen to!
I love this sermon , Father Mike.I'm so glad you brought this subject up......the importance of receiving the Eucharist in a worthy manner.Thank you!
Brilliant Fr.Mike. You are completely filled with the Holy Spirit. Tq God for Fr. Mike. God bless🙏🙏🙏
Amen so true beautiful father Mike may God bless you keep up the good work you're in my prayers
Thank you father Mike. I appreciate you so much God bless 🙏
Thank you Fr Mike, caring and compassionate as always but never shying away from the difficult stuff, God Bless you
It makes total sense. You always make sense, father Mike. Thank you!
God is surely always with you.
Thank you Father Mike 🙏
As a new catechist I will share with others His love and gifts that God has given us. Through your teachings I am better prepared to move forward with my faith formation as well as guide others towards theirs.
God Bless us all
William
You are doing the right thing.you are a real genuine Priest of God
To Thy self be true. (What you know to be the truth and promised to preach). Tough to do, easy to say; sounds to me like your walking the walk Father. There is a reason it's called "tough love", .... good job. It's good to know you love God and us enough to care more about our soul than our comfort level. Amen.
Thank you for your loving conviction Father. I will continue to pray for you.
A huge 'thank you' father Mike for doing God's work and staying true to His word. The truth will set us free. God bless!
God bless you! Clarity is terribly important!
We need more priests like you fr. Mike. It seems many priests are Luke warm. I wish more were excited like you fr.
Thanks Fr Mike... You have always been consistently preaching the truth (especially hard truths) with love. You're in my daily prayers! Love from Malaysia!
Thank you for speaking God's truth, Fr Mike.... There's hope for our REAL CHURCH
Thank you to all priests for giving your lives in service to the church. Fr Mike, you shepard your people well, even when it’s difficult. God bless you!
Father Mike always stands up for truth and does so in a loving way
You are right Father. One of the most difficult moments for me have been when I cannot grant the forgiveness to people who would like to receive the Eucharist but they're not ready to stop doing what prevents them to be in full communion with the Church.
Blessings in your ministry
Thank you. This was such a great explanation. Also when you said “badly” is the correct part of speech you put a smile on this former teacher’s face.
Amen 🙏🏻
You mean closed due to the Pandemic scam. Their is no reason to cancel public Masses.

Thank you Fr Mike for your honesty, your love and your priesthood.
Father, thank God for you. You are a beacon of light in a dark world.
Thank you, again, father for this beautiful explanation regarding the reception of Our Lord through the Holy Eucharist.
That was awesome! Judge their ACTS, what they plan to do or not do!! That helps in ordinary people's life! I have actually tried to live that...hate the sin, not the sinner.
Thank you for speaking truth and NOT COMPROMISING!!
Fr. Mike, may you have peace and thank you 🙏🏾
Thanks, Fr Mike!!!! Keep doing exactly what you are doing. God Bless!!!
I wish all the clergy were as bold and faith-filled as Fr. Mike! Can you imagine the change?
Thank you for repeatedly inviting us to the CHALLENGE of being a Catholic, Father! Keep up the good work.
You have shown such wisdom and courage in this video Father.
Just wow, I learning so much listening to this channel. I truly wish to be the best Catholic i can possibly be in my life with Christ.
You know Fr. Mike! Even as things people have been troubled through, you’re still a good dude.
Thankyou!!
Because I say this
I'm classed has wrong!
We must be perfected as CHRIST is perfect!!!
All I can say is thank you Father you have no idea how much you have helped me!
People get really tiffed when you explain this, if they ask you. However, it is so true. Lord help my heart..to be true and kind.
Jesus, send Your Spirit to open our hearts; to increase our trust in God, in YOU our Savior & Redeemer. Amen.
Thank You Father Mike. God Bless You!
Fr Mike you are an utterly astonishing priest! Come to the UK!!!

Thank you for explaining this
Thank you for your honesty and truth as a priest of Christ. We who love Jesus need these truths said even when it challenges us.
I love how real and straight you are. Makes sense. Love this
Excellent message Father! It sure is difficult to carry a Cross, especially when one has to give up someone that is loved.
Absolutely Fr Mike God blessings you were in a Spiritual Warfare like St Paul we must train our Bobyly senses to the Body of Christ the Church 🔥🙏🏻🕊📿💯
Muy verdad de lo que dices Padre...Dios te bendiga..
I need to confess my sins. Please pray for me.
Thank you Fr. Mike be blessed
Wonderful !! God bless you, Fr. Mike 🙏🙏
Thank you Fr Mike and May God Bless you. Please pray for my grandchildren they don’t go to church and live with girlfriends.
Thank you God for Father Mike
Thank you so much for this video father. Your videos are always so helpfull but this one is so important, I really needed to hear this today.
Keep up the good work!
God bless!
Praise be to God. Thank you for not backing down and not being a coward like some. Now more than ever we need strong priest, bishops, archbishops, cardinals and on up. I hate to say Pope Francis is not standing up against worldliness. Our job is to serve God first then concern ourselves with others. Not the other way around. Thank you again!
Thanks Padre. I know there are priests all over the board with respect to this topic, but you’re on it.
Thank you for that clarity Father
You were not too clear, whether or not someone should be denied communion. Thanks for clarifying it in this video.
For me in my baptism, it was divine timing between the too naive age but still with the child’s submissive heart. This put me at the moment of most intent.
