patrick warburton and micheael dorn cosplaying as old characters they did and bullying people at comicon is one of the most hilarious things ever
If you think about it, Michael Dorn playing himself playing Worf is basically the same as Michael Dorn playing Worf. That means they shot a scene in which Lieutenant Worf flips a kid's lunch tray and calls him a spaz. But actually that wouldn't be out of character for TNG writing.
George's reaction to the first Gollum Eyes joke went straight to my Top3 favorite George laughs
Hot Fuzz's "Fingered her up the duck pond" needs to be on that list. Also, the dildo reveal in Burn After Reading. As you can probably tell, I am quite the connoisseur.
Once you see it, it can’t be unseen. It’s an incredible line.
Ditto
The fact she has the self confidence in such a cutthroat shallow industry to be happy with that joke is remarkable.
But Simone's reaction to the cosplay Gollum with the happiness and hand-shaking... that was my favorite!
Patrick Warburton dressed as The Tick after having played The Tick twenty years ago is brilliant.
From what I read, Mila Kunis wasn’t in Ted 2 because she was too busy IRL due to her pregnancy with Ashton Kutcher. It wasn’t any negative drama behind the scenes or anything. She still voices Meg on Family Guy, after all. Liam Neeson also stars in MacFarlane’s other film called A Million Ways to Die in the West.
And soon as the long lost son of Frank Drebin in Macfarlane's Naked Gun reboot.
@@curtismartin2866 Yeah, I heard about that coming next year. We’ll see what happens with that. Leslie Nielsen did those movies so well, I’m a bit worried how Liam Neeson may handle the main character role. Granted, he could be great, of course.
@@digidv85At least Liam's initials are on point 😉
@@Ildar_Bulatov True. Same initials, same amount of syllables in each name as well. Coincidence?
@@digidv85 Absolutely
Michael Dorn dressing up as a cosplay Worf is hilarious.
Along with Patrick Warburton cosplaying as The Tick
@@Wezt334 lol I came to the comment section for this alone. I was like how are they not even mentioning Patrick Warburton cosplaying as the tick lol
@@jackel180 To be fair, his The Tick only lasted like 9 espisodes, so it's entirely possible that they didn't even know that the show existed.
@@phiefer3 that’s a very good point. I mean, I know it was short lived but I geeked out over it anyway
Too bad we didn’t have Nana Visitor cosplaying as Kira.
I love how Patrick Warburton got back into The Tick costume at the comicon. I loved that show
Belay that for the moment. I'm starting to like the cut of this man's gibberish.
don't forget michael dorn as worf too
@@williamrosmer5629 didn't forget I didn't care😁😁
spoooon!
LOVE that Simone got the Planes Trains and Automobiles reference. About freaking time a reactor got it.
It's the same music and everything!
I love how they made the joke Sam L Jackson is the black guy in every movie but they got every major black actor at the time but Sam Jackson.
Surprised me they didn't recognize the Hasbro corporate exec from Zodiac or Gran Torino. Dude is a hell of a character actor
And Patrick Warburton as "The Tick"...because Patrick Warburton starred in a short-lived TV series adaptation of "The Tick".
In the Jurassic Park music scene, Amanda Seyfried is quoting Jodie Foster in "Contact". Which is just about the last movie I'd expect to hear referenced in a raunchy comedy from 2015.
Quite true.
Great reaction. Definitely need to check out 'A Million Ways to Die in the West', same type of humor also done by Seth Macfarlane.
Can we talk about how George is absolutely losing his shit basically the entire movie
Sure, what do you want to say?
George’s laugh is infectious to me
Yeah, tell me more about it
Especially that Sperm Count and Golem joke.
For those who wonder why Mila didn’t come back: was either about to have a baby or just had her daughter
The Liam Neeson scene George mentioned is from Life’s Too Short which is another Ricky Gervais show that is hilarious. That clip is worth checking out.
Loved seeing Simone's look of recognition when a Trek actor appears.
The reason the car crash scene reminded you of "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles" is probably because it was supposed to. The song playing on the car stereo, "Doin' The Mess Around" by Ray Charles, is the same song playing when John Candy wrecks the car in the other movie.
The golem jokes with amnda is hilarious. When Ted says she has the give us the ring my precious eyes the first time I saw the movie I instantly thought she does. When they show the cosplayer as golem and Amanda it really locked it in for me that her eyes are very similar
Simone, it's great that you're friends with George despite his having never watched TNG. It's quite a...*puts on sunglasses* Measure of a Man.
I understood that reference
Yeaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!🎶
Now you need to do "A Million Ways To Die In The West"
I love all the references to other movies. The Planes Trains & Automobiles and Jurassic Park ones were great, but I think my favorite is the homage to The Three Amigos when Sam is playing the guitar and all the animals show up. That's a movie you guys should think about checking out.
Has any reactor ever done "The Three Amigos"? I mean, once a big channel like CineBinge does it, most of the rest will within a month.
@@joelwillems4081 I think Mary Cherry did it awhile back
Isn’t it just a Snow White reference?
@@camerontarantino5425 the guitar and the campfire made me think Three Amigos, but I guess you could be right. I've never heard it confirmed; it's just kind of a pet theory of mine.
I love that there was a Peter/Chicken fight during the comic-con scene.
The comment at 18:57 about her having "Give us the ring my precious eyes" isnt the first time seth mcfarland made fun of her eyes. I cant remember if yall seen "a million ways to die in the west" or not but that movie, they made fun of how big her eyes were too... LMAO
I met Sam Jones a few years ago. I asked him about the comic con scenes and he said it was all done on a soundstage. He also said they wrote more in the script for him to do, but it was so offensive he didn't feel comfortable with it 🤣🤣🤣
Btw, George's cackling makes me want to laugh every time. I think that's why Simone laughs so much.... Because George's laughter is contagious!
24:58 Pateick Warburton (the random guy who just pops up at parties and stuff) is dressed as The Tick...and he also played The Tick in the 2001-2002 The Tick tv show.
He was also Puddy on Seinfeld.
And he’s the voice of Joe in Family Guy and a co-star in Rules of Engagement. I find him hilarious!
He also did the narrator role for the lemony snicket show :)
A now you're ready for Ted the TV series on Peacock. It follows Ted and John in high school in the 90s. It's hilarious.
It's really great! Amazing cast and brilliantly funny 😁
It’s a shame they couldn’t get Patrick Stewart to return as the narrator. But they did get the next best actor for it.
Well the first 4 episodes yeah great. After that, kinda falls off a bit. Personally love Fam Guy too
Susan Bennett must be protected at all costs
Peacock has renewed Ted for a second season. Seth needs to try to get Sylvester Stallone to appear.
I watched the extended version, which contained an additional scene where the landowners chase John, Ted and Sam through the pot field. Totally hilarious.
"Oh God, I'm sorry, pot! I'm so sorry, pot!"
I am suprised that She didnt catch the fact that Micheal Dorn was in a Warf cosplay Or either one catch that his hubby {?} is in a Tick cosplay (one of his most famous roles....although obscure)
That Liam Neeson cameo is the best thing ever
Amanda Seyfreid gets made fun of her big eyes in pretty much every Seth McFarlane movie. You guys have to watch 1000 Ways to Die in the West now😂
A million ways
@moviesbye9294 Sorry, couldn't remember if it was thousand or million😅
Every time i watch this reaction i so proud of Simone for recognizing the Planes, trains and automobiles reference and quotes Jurrasic Park.. how she's grown
Measure of a man has a special place in my heart.
Now you must watch the TED tv show.
The whiplash of emotions from happy to sad at 29:00 was low-key hilarious.
Everyone seems to forget Jay is a stand up comic not just a guy that did late night television.
Theres a really great Knight Rider comic con panel deleted scene they shouldve keep in. Its funny and emotional. Its basically the whole message of the film in one scene.
The part where ted got thrown by the guitar had me dying😂😂😂😂
The TNG episode Simone is talking about is AWESOME.
The studying montage at the library. The music is from revenge of nerds which I don't know if y'all have done a reaction to or not, but it's worth doing
Song from Revenge of the nerds plus dance from Breakfast club = win!
Simone didn't notice Worf like, right there? 😊
To be fair it took me a couple watches before I figured it out. Kept looking at him like 'I know that guy from somewhere'
@@supatiltgaming To be fair, I was watching behind the scenes stuff for Star Trek TNG two days ago which had him out of makeup and I still didn't recognize him here since he's twenty years older so he does look fairly different. I had the same "I know that guy" feeling but he's only on scene in this video for a few seconds then onto the next joke so no time to think about it.
A decent amount of movies have played that trick with murder mysteries where they show you who's responsible then had them be in scene looking very different then didn't let who it was soak in before moving on just to bring up later that you clearly did see that person on screen for at least a solid 5-10 seconds.
Cool reaction as always Simone & George, you both take care and have a great weekend
I've been watching CineBinge for a long time and I have yet to pick up on one of Simone's opening references. Is it like Mad Libs? I thought they were just really obscure movie line references but more and more I think they're just random words thrown together.
Sometimes she just says what's in front of her on her desk, but yes, I have a feeling sometimes she just wings it on the fly 😂
Ya think?
Sometimes it’s a reference to the movie they’re about to watch, sometimes appears to be an inside joke between her and George.
Patrick Warburton dressed as the tick! Ahahah. I loved that show!
The Liam Neeson thing is just too good
The argument scene is literally one of my favorite comedic scenes ever. Perfect mix of reality with absurdness
Nothing like reading the same “fun fact” 19 times in every reaction video.
It gets less fun each time haha
Amanda singing Mean Old Moon is on my daughters sleep playlist, she loves it 🤣
Patrick Warburton is cosplaying The Tick (in the blue suit) , is a comic book character. Funny enough he played the Tick in the 2001's live action show. Really fun show.
Neeson wasn't in Extras, but he was in Life's Too Short as a parody of himself. He'll be starring in Seth Macfarlane's remake of The Naked Gun.
The best Canadian reaction channel needs to react to one of the best things to ever come out of Canada! THE TRAILER PARK BOYS!!!
George isn't wrong, we use to party up on Mount Royal all the time. LoL
ALSO: Love Simone's Lisa Simpson-like laugh at 9:34
That Gollum line is so damn good
I mean: not possible without the first one, but: so, so good and jam-packed with amazing jokes.
Patrick Warburton’s part is just the best.
I loved that Patrick Warburton was dressed as the tick especially since back in the day he played the tick 😊
Before ST TNG, Michael Dorn played Officer Turner on the 1977 to 1983 NBC series CHiPs.
21:33 George trying to go one movie with a likeable love-interest, without calling her a "manic pixie dream girl" lmao
They actually shot the comic con stuff like in the summer, a few months before the actual New York Comic Con took place. I know a few friends that ended up getting hired as extras for the comic con crowd.
The Sweet Caroline bit is maybe a nod to Who Framed Roger Rabbit and “shave and a haircut”.
As far as I’m aware, we have open container laws meaning you can’t drink in public unless you’re in a designated area to do so.
Thanks for the video. I enjoyed it.
9:20 At that moment I suddenly realized this was the wrong thing to watch while eating.
@Simone The Measure of a Man?
HASBRO was well represented in this film.
Her reaction in the sperm bank was AWESOME.
The reason for the paper bag is the police can't order you to take it out of the bag, so if they can't actually see that it's alcohol, they don't actually have cause to arrest you, so cant search you for that. That does not mean they won't find some other reason to search you and in the process 'find' the open container, but people don't think of that.
Jay Leno is such a good comedian people forget he was a great stand up before he made bank in hosting
Yall missed Patrick dressing up as the tick lol
29:50 that was so hilarious
"Those who know, know..." Absolutely. and...
I'm impressed.
It's actually impressive how in the second chapter, they turned this from a quirky/raunchy comedy, (like Paul) into a really great human/sentient-being rights type of story. In spite of the comedic sidetracks & literal goose chases, it's very well written & executed.
Simone: "I've never actually seen Law and Order"
Have you never stayed in a hotel?
I’ve never heard Simone cackle until the clinic scene.
The paper bag only works on bottles because as long as it's closed and your walking you can say your transporting it to were your going and not drinking it depends on the state also.
If the cops can’t see that it’s booze, they (probably) don’t have probable cause for a search.
19:30 fun fact Seth mcfarlane is actually huge fan of that movie it references it all the time in family guy and his other projects
I was going to recommend The Orville but after TNG. Michael Dorn is an accomplished pilot and was given an award for most appearances across the Star Trek universe.
Give us the ring my precious line is incredible. It can’t be unseen.
I really wish the Knight Rider panel scene had been in the theatrical cut. It probably would have been if William Daniels had voice KITT in the scene.
Oh please someone make a gif of Simone at 28:07 😂😂
Heypa hey. Hello from New Mexico! The paper bag on the beer, the bag helps keep the beer cold.
I love how George is always so perplexed by Simones intros
I was waiting for Simone, as a Star Trek fan, to recognize the actor who played "Rick", Patrick Warburton's friend...and who dressed up as Worf at ComicCon...
(And by the way, Patrick Warburton played "The Tick" in the 2001 TV show "The Tick".)
Yall should DEFINITELY watch rhe show, the show is fantastic
The brown paper bag is about the transportation of alcohol. It's generally illegal to consume alcohol from a bottle in a brown paper bag. Even in areas were public consumption is allowed. For example some bar districts allow the bar to serve you and walk down the street with a plastic cup.
I really hope you do the show one day too!
Great Sequel,Nice Reaction Guy's
First time I watched this movie I had to pause it at the Gollum scene. I couldn't stop laughing.
24:58 Love them cosplaying as their old characters.
Liam Neeson had an AMAZING scene in the mini-series Life's Too Short, which Ricky Gervais had a hand in. I imagine that's what George was referring to. The scene is unbelievably funny!
It is, but the whole series is unbelievably funny, and yet so few people I ever mention it to have heard of it!
@@bujin1977 - Oh man. It really is brilliant!
There is an incredibly funny deleted scene when Ted argues with KITT from Knight Rider and also features David Hasselhoff. Should have been left in the movie.
TEDDY delivers jokes no other film would be allowed. Precious eyes, you look like a Kardashian, Leno. All the cameos is genius
Patrick Warburton was The Tick in the 2001 TV series, so that's a meta joke at 24:56
Love all the star trek people in this. "The Measure of a Man" Simone? ❤🖖
28:11 I know it’s been a long time already, but I’m still stunned whenever stuff that Monty made shows up in a big production. Wish he was still around.
the tv show is pretty good too, also only 1 season and short so would be a nice 'in between' show
PLEASE do the tv show. It is immaculate
Both films are a blast but I've always liked this one better.
I'm amazed how much hate this film receives from people who loved the first. I think they are on par with eachother. Both are hilarious and raunchy with some heart. Glad you two enjoyed it.
Now you NEED to see the tv series. Even people who hated Ted 2 agree that the show is amazing.
I luh-luh-loved Ted but when I saw Ted 2, I laughed even harder! I think T2 is great and the series was a lot of fun.
@@Divamarja_CAYeah. I really enjoy both movies and the show. It's disappointing Mila Kunis couldn't return, but I understand why. Plus, Amanda Seyfried is great.
1:02 i live in canada and one time my friend told me it was legal to drink in public as long as it was in a brown paper bag as a troll, and i remember seeing police driving around while i was walking never got in trouble, so yeah it works, but if the cops notice you you can get in trouble for drinking in public
Michael Dorn was famous before due to his lead role on CHiPs the TV show from the 70's.
Simone is the cutest. So pure in many ways
I'm glad you guys like this movie series 😂
