Marina. No. Your life is fine. Lists always change. People have lists for years. As long as you are taking care of your mental health. Sometimes, lists make people do too much. Then get exhausted. No time for others. Animals. All suffer in the end. Life is about balance.
so true, we put so much pressure on ourselves to be as productive in a day that we can be. It is great if we accomplish just one thing a day and then relax!

We as human beings we always want more. I recently loss my father due yo lung cancer. It has only reminded me that this life is so short. Therefore, being healthy and at inner peace is a huge accomplishment. I wish you health, happiness, and much love. May Yahuwah Almighty bless you. ❤️
Live your life the way you want and explore everything! I'm almost 65 and I have traveled and lived in multiple places. I do something different everyday and explore new challenges and hobbies. My next endeavor is to start a high alpine homestead and help people in my community. At this age people think I'm crazy but life is amazing and I want to see what I am capable of. So you are doing great and dare I say you have inspired my artistic imagination. Thank you and live an epic life.
8-9am breakfast and read
9am-11am go for a walk and think about what work i have to do
11-1pm do some work
1-2pm lunch
2-5pm - do whatever
5-6pm dinner
6-7pm think about what i didn't do today
7-10.30pm have a shower and watch a movie
Of course if its a sunny day this has to be scrapped for being outside...i live in ireland so no work can be done on a sunny day!
I hope you find the peace and work- life balance you are looking for. I always find time with my dog is time well spent. Dogs live in the moment.

About your back pain, don't forget your...mattress! So often overlooked. Use a mattress no more then 10 years, your back is not sufficiently supported for physical recovery during the night.
Time management can be really difficult. The important thing is that you are happy. Watching Vongola join in with your exercises was possible the funniest thing I've seen all week. So impressed with your pottery work Marina. Keep smiling xx

Marina, I'll be honest you always appeared to be an organized person to me. So to see you do this... awesome!! I am in love with that tea pot, and those mugs are beautiful. It must be nice to make your own pottery.

LOL Love the end! I think I'm going to try this app. I'm 60 years old and find that I'm getting progressively worse when it comes to organizing my day. I waste so much time in the morning and end up wasting my day, or at least, that's how I feel. I resist following a routine and I just go around in circles, doing nothing productive. I love the idea of scheduling hobbies or fun stuff in my day. TH-cam is the only thing I allow myself to have and the time I spend here is out of hand sometimes. Scheduling it in my week makes sense. Thanks for sharing, I enjoy your videos.

Identifying a lot with prioritising and achieving multiple tasks and objectives in daily life… AND being determined enough to stick with it for long enough for it to become successful ‘enough’!!….so..,genuinely impressed by how you started the process for your self !!..The most important thing that you learned was I think ?… to not overcrowd your daily routines with TOO much…which leads to no real relaxation time each day…Glad you pointed that out very early 👍👍… I really enjoyed the Pottery creations… lovely fine and simple shapes.. Hope you might decorate them and show the results… that tea pot was brilliant…and of course the new jewellery pieces…for sale…essential for your business…The bookkeeping aspect has to be tackled regularly… and that needs to have a regular slot without any avoidance tactics..,!!😱😱… Vongole is obviously enjoying his new life… and sometimes ‘hindering ‘ your progress.. unintentionally..of course…except when you both have a cosy relaxed reading time in the evenings 😄…. There are so many things that need doing in a week…so you are right to begin to regulate as much as you can .. and relax with friends which just as important…if not more so…for a balanced social life…. The growing / gardening is looking very productive too…(despite Vongle sitting on one or two plants!!)…. My friend and I have changed the name from “to do” list to “pick and choose” list. It takes the stress off. Lol. The task organizing app is great, especially if it keeps you off the internet. 😉

The thing is, when I feel lazy I just look at old vlogs of all your work and walks and painting and….and….then I make a schedule for myself. And have fun doing them! I build my small camper after Pamthevan 😉.To be honest, we Dutch are famous for our ‘niksen’ meaning ‘doing nothing’ leasure time is a gift to treasure.

Marina well done on your clay journey. I noticed you wedging a harder piece of clay. One thing I do before wedging while the clay is in the bag, I throw it on the cement a few times it helps. Then spray some waste in the bag let it sit for another hour. Clay works better softer, plus it requires less physical energy to wedge.
It was faaar too hard but I couldn't wait 😂 thank you for the tips!!

Dear Marina ive been watching you for years and you have achieved so much. I make lists quite often "things to do this week" l call them. Making a list helps clear my mind, then l forget about it 😅 Outside influences can pull you away from a regime, but thats life and its ok. Most importantly do things that make you happy. My dad often said "tomorrow'll do" West coast Scot 😁 .......OMG your pots are fantastic, im so looking forward to seeing them finished.. Having structure and order in your life is good .. but always take a great deal of time to do very little. That free, open time is necessary for physical and mental health.
Also...good seeing you playing and having fun with your new k9 companion. Glad to see you're keeping the image of Odie in the corner..as always..I'm sure he would approve and be happy for you.
No spooks in the sky or any other superstitious nonsense here.. the memories and love are the real afterlife.
We need to treasure each day we have with those we love...life is not a dress rehearsal..it's all we have..make the best of it.

Im not a fan of planning lots, it puts pressure on getting things done in a certain amount of time. This can effect the quality of the work done, the enjoyment of it and means youll always be checking the time.
I would just enjoy what im doing and do the best quality work i can on each particular activity.
Im not a fan of work outs. If you have active hobbies good 👍. So long as you are fit enough to do them good. But doing repetitive exercise just to stay fit ? No, not for me. Id be concerned about wear and tear on joints and muscles.
If you enjoy something - do it , if not - dont.
And of course leave plenty of time to enjoy with your dog and friends and relax : )

Hi Keith! I need some planning in my life or else I forget deadlines / birthdays /events i want to go to. I agree that I'm not made to be super organised but I need to learn the bare minimum 😂 also I want to keep the workouts going to keep strong, as I said I experience back pain, since I have been doing strengthening exercises is nearly all gone! That said I am also not a fan of repetitive exercices, I much prefer dancing or hiking🚶♀️➡️
@WildSheGoes Hi Marina, thank you for the reply : ) I'm sure you know what you are doing and will work things out.
The main reason I don't like repetitive actions is because my first job was as a gardener and we used to plant 100's if not 1000's of bulbs and plants per day in the spring time/autumn and because of that I have wear and tear in my hands.
Other aspects of the job were OK. Like grass cutting, I worked out once that I was walking about 16 miles per day doing that, so that would help me stay fairly fit 😅

What a lovely home & life! I would have trouble scheduling crafts & projects for set times. Mostly the end time. Once I start creating, I may go all night if I’m caught up in something. It would be hard for me to just put it down at a scheduled time. That’s just me! Enjoy seeing all your projects!!! ❤

Your pottery looks beautiful Marina . I would feel happy with that too. I’ve had to clear my mums house this year and also found loads of things I did before I was 21 and I wondered how I had managed it all ?! - I then found some timetables for the day at various times over the years and realised how I had packed things in :)! Your timetable reminded me of that organised me ! 😀. Happy summer time enjoying all your activities ☀️

Exercising seems a lot more attractive with Vongola there to be cute and cuddly! Also, your pottery is beautiful. It's such a great feeling when you start getting truly better at a new craft or skill and you can see how much progress you've made.

Sometimes, my life is all willy nilly and sometimes, I like to reset and have a very structured schedule. I think it works my brain and keeps me on my toes.
Same thing happened to my laptop 🙃. My son got me a wireless keyboard and turned an old flat screen tv into my monitor. I actually like it better.

Ciao Marina cara, this video’s theme spoke to me sooo much!! I have done the same kind of experiments, in different twists so many times. I really think there is a (mysterious) balance between discipline (in it’s real etymological meaning, which is not a straight jacket but a path) and creative chaos ?😂 (like compost maybe? you can’t just put anything in their, there are some restrictions but it’s a nurturing mess right?) that we need to thrive…and this balance is so different for each one of us and in different moments of our lives…I struggle so much with consistency long term, because life changes, things happen, I get bored and/or attracted by new colorful flowers…I am better at “bootcamp” way but I really need the structure of pacing myself, building some structure. I also constantly read about habit formation, one thing is to create some “bookmarks” of activity, doing x thing for say 1 min something very small achievable until it sticks and slowly growing from there..many times it really is about organization and going beyond inertia and remembering to do the thing!! I think being accountable daily really changes things, non judgemental loving support helps, I wish I had an accountability buddy but cannot find someone as crazy/scattered/multifaceted who wants to do it 😂 Love love love Vongola and how he participates…the exercise with you was so cute!! I saw recently that having a routine actually makes your brain feel safe. All these years I avoided routine but I have actually found routines to have saved me. Like you I started small, like nightly teeth brushing. And habit stacked on top of that. But I must say that I do struggle with placing the non-routine items that we do occasionally are very hard to keep going and hard to make a priority and time block system.

As I read down your lists, not only did I see an overlap of some interests, but the fact that I am not really doing any of them any justice at the moment. Evening marina, well a great way to round off the weekend with a relaxing Video, (For me watching!) Not so much for you cramming everything you can in to a hectic week it seems. It's great to get thing organised and accomplish tasks. I just have to get what I can get done over a weekend after the working week. Can only wish to have the ear for languages or the talent for pottery, which by the way can't wait to see how the come out after being fired. Will you be doing a vid of you decorating them?
