Strip the carb. Clean it all lakka woth compressed air. Put it back together. Tune it according to spec and put a new plug in it. Also drain the fuel tank and clean out the fuel tap. They get clogged up

Sounds good, have you cleaned the carb and checked the spark plug. Could be part of the bog problem.
