Thanks for the video Nick. I do see lower prices in some of these area you mentioned. does that mean trouble? Longs is an example. How bad is the flooding (especially with hurricane Helene)? Does lower prices indicate previous damage? I'm looking to move to SC close to the shore, but I am so leery of the potential flooding.
I retire in 5yrs from Ohio. Where are the small older homes on 2, 3, 4 acres of land? North of Conway? Im so tired of Subdivisions, HOA's and neighbors to close. Whereas the hillbilly homes!? 😀
