      I’m a realtor in Rehoboth Beach thinking of moving to Myrtle Beach. Delaware has become overbuilt in Sussex county and I’ve lived in New Castle county growing up and there is too many memories and I too just lost my soulmate of 27yrs. I love Rehoboth, think Lewes would’ve been more my speed but you know it’s close.

    What kind of resources are available to determine which areas are more prone to flooding? Is a realtor obligated to share that sort of information with a potential home buyer?

    • @movingtomb
      @movingtomb  ปีที่แล้ว

      The FEMA flood maps are the best resource for that information. As an agent I review over whether or not homes are in a flood zone when my client's are interested in them.

    Has many very dirty nasty areas. However if you move just outside the main areas you can find affordable housing etc. Don't come to work here. Pay is crap. Myrtle Beach area itself is very nice. I live in Va Beach,Va. There taxes do not come close to ours here. Yes, we are a tourist town as well. Very few folks that live here are actually from here.

    Can residents park at the beach for free? Are there convenient parking areas for residents??

    • @movingtomb
      @movingtomb  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It depends were you live. If you live in the city of Myrtle Beach for example you can get free parking passes for any city of Myrtle Beach lots. Some beaches have many parking options and some do not, so the convenience depends. The most convenient option in my option is the state parks where you can get an annual pass for $100

    • @movingtomb

      As a licensed agent I can’t speak too much on this. What I can say is millions of people visit here each year and those visitors usually don’t get factored into the permanent population of Myrtle Beach
