A lovely old hymn Paul to lead into the demonstration of this very fine instrument captured on Hauptwerk. Another great demonstration of what you can accomplish on this instrument.
Really impressive. Finally, you have a proper 3-manual organ, which is amazing to see! I'm waiting for more sampleset demonstrations on your new organ Paul! Good job.
An impressive instrument on the sampleset as well, very nicely presented.👏👏👏 I like to see the personality and aura of this organ, definitely on the next videos. I'm really looking forward to that.😀
A lot of very beautiful and intriguing stops! Like this sampleset. Have to spare money for a long time for this set 😰 Super demo again, Paul! Thank you.
In the bleak midwinter, ja mir gefällt deiner Art von vorstellen sehr.
Bin dann 100%-ig dabei. Beste Grüße aus Görlitz und alles Gute!
Mein Gott, what an organ! And I love the "wet" sampling. I guess they will offer a "dry" one also? The "Fiffaro" stop had me wondering at first, but then I realized it's a celeste, or Schwebung. Fantastic demo, Dear Paul!
Amazing Stop Tour. This is one of the great Universal Sample Sets. So here is a list. 1. Rotterdam 2. Gorlitz 3. Friesach 4. Alessandria 5. Cracov St John Canticus
This was a great demonstration of this sampleset, and it was interesting to see what the differences are between playing it and the real thing. I look forward to your videos of the real organ and I hope you will be able to demonstrate the Sonnenmixtuur and the other stops that are not in the sampleset.
A very comprehensive demonstration of the full range of this organ's tonal palette, Paul: well done! It certainly is quite some beast and I am sure you found it interesting to compare how you experienced the real organ with this virtual representation. For me personally, I wish these very large sample sets did not require such a lot of computing power, but I can see that it is unavoidable with sizeable specifications and long reverberation decay in big acoustic spaces. Nevertheless, it is a most impressive sample set of an amazing organ.
@@PaulFey The full set in surround mode on highest Audio quality (24bits) requires approx. 52 GB of RAM. If you want to use the full 6 channels system you have to go for 128 GB of RAM. I did renovate my PC with new MainBoard, processor and 64 GB of RAM to handle this sample-set. I mainly play over headphone and record in stereo, So the amount of RAM can be reduced.
If you get the mixing right it is very close to the original sound of the organ! Of course you can’t create the ‚same feeling‘ but sound-wise it is very close!
Haha, well - I‘m a student too 😀 I‘m usually asking the sampleset producers for demo-licenses for these videos. Otherwise I just couldn’t afford this 😂
Dear Paul.
I always apreciate your ambition and your talents May God be with you.
Thank you so much! 😀
Paul, thank you. I love these tours of stops, whether Hauptwerk or hardware.
I‘m so happy to hear that! Thank you 😀
Outstanding! So cool that you got to play the real thing, and now here with the sampleset. And what a tour - this is an amazing instrument!!!
Thank you so much, Jerry! It really was a fantastic experience being there 😀

Thank you so much, Michael! 😀
Thank you so much Paul for a great presentation and performance on this beautiful organ! Well played as always my dear friend!😁👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you so much for watching, Peter 😀
You're so welcome my friend! It's so joyful and relaxing to hear you play Paul! You're the best!👍👍👍
This sampleset is at the top of my list. I shall have it. Soon. Very Soon. If all goes well.
Thank you for the great informative demonstration.
Thank you so much for watching! It has some wonderful voices - but please keep the huge Samplset-Size and the needed RAM in mind before getting it 😀
@@PaulFey Yes, this is my primary concern, and the main reason I haven't purchased. Thanks!
Was für ein herrliches Instrument, danke Paul Fey 😀👌👌👌👌
Dankeschön 😀
Umwerfend schön und klangvoll. ☺👌👌👌
Dankeschön 😀😊
Really impressive. Finally, you have a proper 3-manual organ, which is amazing to see! I'm waiting for more sampleset demonstrations on your new organ Paul! Good job.
Thank you so much for watching! I‘m really enjoying the additional Manual! 😀
Large instrument ! wow ! impressive ! I like it !

Yes! It is so lovely but also so expensive 😬😀
Sagenhafte Orgel, meisterlich vorgestellt. 😀👍👍👍
Dankeschön fürs Zuschauen! 😀
Great job!
Thank you! 😀

Das freut mich sehr, lieber Marco! Danke fürs Zuschauen! 😀
It’s interesting that a Cornet is actual a mixture of several flue ranks though it sounds like one single reed rank.
Oh, is it? That’s interesting!! 😀
@@PaulFey Yeah I didn't know that at first, either!

well played as always!
I'm really longing for this Paul!😁😁
Same here Peter 🤩
Good to hear Charles!😁👍👍

Thank you so much for watching! Yes - you can set the perspectives as you wish! The Fiffaro had me wondering as well - that’s why I‘ve used it twice 😀
Sehr schöne Orgel und Repräsentation
Dankeschön 😀
Super sound ❣❣❣❣
Dankeschön 😀
@@PaulFey Super gespielt und toller Klang 💗💗💗💗💖💗💗💗💗
Great show!! I am a bit jealous on your organ and system 😉 I have 1 electric midi piano and a 49 Samson Carbon and a laptop with only 16 GB RAM 😬😁
Thank you so much, Marco! Haha yup.. I totally know what you mean - that’s exactly how I started too and slowly upgrades everything bit by bit 😀
38:50 Tamburo is German for V8 engine? 😜
Oh yes 😂
Hello paul. I need an Haptwerk soft ware for my organ. Can you help in choosing somthinh really nice
Amazing Stop Tour. This is one of the great Universal Sample Sets. So here is a list.
1. Rotterdam

3. Friesach
4. Alessandria
5. Cracov St John Canticus
Also Gorlitz might be the largest sample set made by Sonus Paradisi.
Yes!!
Cant wait. Also did you recored the 64ft while you were at the organ?
I did - at least I tried to do so! You‘ll hear it in future recordings 😀
This was a great demonstration of this sampleset, and it was interesting to see what the differences are between playing it and the real thing. I totally agree with you, Graham! The extremely large RAM requirement is quite a problem with these huge instruments!

yeah this is going on my wishlist.
im wondering how much you spend on samplesets to show us all? cause these arent exactly the cheapest in the world
Haha, well - I‘m a student too 😀 I‘m usually asking the sampleset producers for demo-licenses for these videos. Otherwise I just couldn’t afford this 😂
@@PaulFey ah yeah that explains alot, youd have to be really rich to afford all of that!
great video btw thanks!

How does one control the crescendo pedal? Can it be done with a normal midi expression pedal? Or does it need a push button? Very good demonstration.
Paul, since you do so many Tours od Stops, I wonder, what is you favorite organ or the top three, sofar?
What does the 12' stop do? At what pitch is that on? Perhaps a contra F (F1)?
It is an resultant stop, 16' + 10 ⅔' (" 12' ") make a fake 32' Sound. The deepest note is a contra g with 48 - 49 Hz.
