This vid brings so much memories, I remember being 13-14 yo young lad watching this and gaining motivation at 2 am while doing absolute shit through day. Now Im 21, I’ve gained like 20 kg of muscle and weight in 3 years from being a toothpick skinny fatbelly guy, unfortunately stopped working out and fell into alcohol, coke and weed and started being an addict to porn. Last problem Im dealing with is porn, motivation is back but I wanted to say smth to u. Do not give up. Do not care if yall arms are shaking like vibrator, do not care for pain, instead hop into cold water, exceed that pain bcs that pain in the end will pay off. I believe in yall. Stay strong
