You're not a mechanic, you're a necromancer. You bring the dead back to life!
Another amazing resurrection from the dead! Great work! Thanks for sharing!
What a crazy restoration 👍👍👍
You’re a good friend for doing this for him, lotta work.just keep doing your thing.good video.😎😎😎👍👍👍
These shorter videos are good during the day. But the long form version of the restoration is good for relaxing before bed. The sounds of the tools are a lullaby.
Outstanding work. Such a wonderful restoration 👍👍
Nice refurbishing project... Thumbs Up!
Great stuff 👍
Very good👌👍
Superb job
I knew I'd seen this already, you uploaded this 6 months ago on your other channel.
Thanks for the obvious observation. I'll check out your up-to-date videos in the meantime. Oh wait....
Hey! Yep, this is a reupload. This is my second channel, and I use it to experiment with different editing styles on my older videos. It gives me a chance to try out new things and see what works.
Was this not uploaded on his main channel ??
I've read on another comment he had an accident and is just reuploading some content for now...
WOW! there was life under all that rust?
Excelente trabalho.
12:15 "have you got your goggles on"
Nah just my safety squints should do
You need a bearing heater they work on magnetism game changer
リアアクスル周辺の部品は日本で現行モデルのJB64の部品が結構使えるはずです。日本語で情報が集められるならレストアと同時に最新の部品へアップデートし、シミー現象対策とかもできるかと思います。
Fantastic work, looks amazing! Did you replace the pinion bearing or did I miss it?
is there a reason the mechanic didn’t want to convert to disc brakes. Great video. Thank you.
Kalau saya kerja begini di cuci bersih baru semangat mengerjakannya kawan
Making more work than it's worth
Did you just do this portion, or do the whole rebuild?
1:25 The oil in the axle of a Jimny gets only changed one time and that is at the first inspection.
Bardzo świetnie jestem mostek wyremontowany Ale gdzie jest do środka olej wlany zapomniał pan olej tam do środka wlać Pozdrawiam serdecznie. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Do you use cinnamon or Turmeric for that Petina.
SHOULD HAVE REPLACED THE DRUMS WITH DISC BRAKES
HUGE UPGRADE WAY BETTER
wonder how the rest of the car looks if the axle is that bad
The easiest way to get the old bushes out is to burn them.
Why did you skip the sandblasting so fast 😢
Diff preload?
Where was this for the past 30 years? At the bottom of the Pacific Ocean or the Atlantic? 🤦♂️
Before painting the axle, I would have sprayed on a primer and spray filler, it covers the ugly rust level 3 craters in the steel and the crater landscape is then softened... that's how it looks ugly. With primer (but not epoxy primer, be careful) and filler you would have achieved a more visually appealing result. Unless you value 100% originality, that's okay, for example with the WWII VW Kübelwagen or VW Schwimmwagen dengelt You can't even get the dents out, that's strictly forbidden there.. it would only disturb the originality, you're probably on a similar path.. Greetings Peter from Vienna
It would be 100000% easier just to cut the nuts and bolts. I wouldn't want to use the same bolts or nuts even tho they are clean. The strength is not there anymore.
Thoose drums comming off like nothing is hilarious. Another one would struggle for a couple of hours before they would get them off.
Саленблоки не такие поставил какие должны были быть..
Why to restore something like this relic?? Its quite cheap to buy one.i Bought for 70euros such..Ok just to show the restoration hey?
Really, not worth doing. 😕
It’s actually already back on the car.
Total waste of time.
