It's very near to renuka mata mandir road. Pricing and layout seems to be good for basil... Don't you think as bridge is coming and it's connectivity to magarpatta and kharadi are good
If you are talking about Subh Evan. Personally I don't think it's worth investing as prices are high as per good builders but Flat are not as good as Godrej, Mantra or other big builders provide

I stay at Godrej Infinity, the bridge work is under construction. They have slowed down a bit due to heavy rains. Don't belive in any rumours.
