Have you been experiencing the Overwatch 2 Lag/Floaty Aim bugs??
Let me know below! 👇👇
Please make one for console
Yes as a soldier main in ow1 my accuracy was around 48% now it is like 39%
viewed this for the aiming stuff, helped heaps. anyways everything else is maxxed out running capped at 250fps on a pg279qm
@@aerz8420 u can use a lot of this for console too tho
Hello, I'm trying to understand why you turned off low latency mode off in the Nvidia control panel, and then in the game settings you have Nvidia Reflex on? The Nvidia control panel activates low latency mode for games that don't have Reflex support and Reflex is just the game implementation of low latency mode. If you want OW2 to handle the low latency (Reflex) and have it not affect your other games I suggest turning Low Latency mode off in the Program settings Tab for Overwatch 2 (overwatch launcher.exe) and not in Global settings which affects all games even ones where you would want Nvidia to attempt Low Latency mode because the game doesn't have it's own implementation of it.
I didn’t expect this to upgrade the quality of my games as much as it did, thank you! It feels like OW1 and OW2 beta felt. 😊
The healing ufuda tip is a GAME CHANGER! Makes her so much less complicated to play. Thanks!
Yes! I had no idea how her ammo worked.
My dude my Orisa was instantly improved with this guide you have no idea. None of the previous times I've played I've managed to get 30 kills in a single match. Thank you so much for this! I do like my graphics to look a bit more pleasing, though, so I might play around with some settings while not sacrificing as much performance. Still, this is a game changer!
Much love man! For the longest time I knew about the input lag I been getting. People thought I was crazy! This video helped out so much on my input lag AND the secret to Widow's sensitivity change when scoped. Cheers brother!
Thank you so much for making this, ive been looking forward to Overwatc 2 for so long, and ive been playing since launch of Overwatch 1. Ive been meddling with settings, colors, nvdia filters, nonstop, between games, in games, after sessions. And something always felt "weird" couldnt make out if it was cos of the new color scheme, i just felt, i cant stay on target. Is it because people are faster? Because dps gets speed buff, i wasnt sure. Last night I was thinking about just quitting, maybe im too old for this shit. But these changes made the game feel completely different. So thank you so much.
Omg thank you! I in no way have a bad pc but was experiencing drops in fps. Tried bringing it up in chat seeing if anyone had the same issue and I’m sure you know how helpful ow players are 🙄
I have the fps drop issue too. No matter I set it in Low or High, screen capped fps or custom as high as I can, even when the fps can mostly go up to >200 it drops randomly. Happens not neccessarily in teamfight with lots of effects but sometimes when I just zoom scope or melee an object.
Omg same thing on console, so annoying
Any fix yet?
@@BiOHZRD97 Not yet afaik :( We need to attack their forum with this issue :)))
I've watched countless guides on this topic as Overwatch 2 aim feels very different, and for me, this one by far helped me out the most even though some of the information is contrary to other videos such as in the reduced buffering advice. I highly recommend these settings here over anything else so far. Thx Blizzard guides for the help ^^
Applied as many as I could to console and ufff, overall gameplay feels so much better, great video!
Anti-Aliasing should be anything except Low. Low = FXAA and FXAA just makes your screen blurry.
Can umake the same video idea but for console
Same idea in game applies
yes
Speaking of console, why can’t we change graphics settings in almost every game? I’d tank graphics for a better frame rate any day
@@jackmeister4354 cuz devs optimize a certain graphical experience for an especific hardware in console but since in pc is the wild wild west of harware, devs let player optimize for their own the graphical experience.
@@hellfishii thanks for the answer
Great video!! Thanks for all the suggestions 🙏
Thx so much for this guide blizzard this guide really helped me a lot and can play overwatch with full control and without lag and played a lot better than before thx so much for this guide man keep doing what you love
man this is a super important video for me ! Thanks for the tips.
I’ve been trying to get 1:1 sens on Ashe for so long little did I know a guide that would teach me soooo many new things would finally have the answer to that too. Thanks so much dude.
51.47% for ashe and 37.89% for ana and widow :)
@@foxjeh1575 doesnt matter what resolution? I seem to not get 1:1 sens for them @.@ am i missing something
Incredibly helpful video. Thank you
Thanks for all this useful tips!
Heyy thx for this video, really helped me out since I accidentally reset my settings!
Holy moly this is actually amazing thank you so much!! I thought the aiming problem was my remote controller, turns out the game has crappy stock settings not to mention everything else thank you!
Thanks bro, I also like my tips quick and easy
Game is running phenomenally, thanks man.
Liked and commented cuz you've been the BEST guide maker since day 1!
great video and fr33thy is awesome I'm using his windows ISO as well!
Hey huge thanks. this helped me a lot.
I'd like to know if there's something to do on console as well. Aiming feels laggy and weird, I feel it especially with Hog combo of Hook + shot + meele, I feel it so laggy I don't know if I actually got the OHKO or not immeadiatly as I used to in OW 1
Bro u are a game changer fr thank uu👏🏼
oh my this saved me, my game felt weird i cant describe it, but now everythiong feels reactifve and crisp, didnnt know settings could make this large of a difference, ty
Dont listen to the fps one, keep your fps to a high number, no matter the refresh rate/hz.
Great video ! Thanks dude
Thanks bro!
thanks buddy changed a lot!!
2:06 Reduce Buffering should be ON
That background track in the first portion of the video got me vibing man ngl
you are amazing bro thank you
as a new player i like this video and the tips and i mainly play sojourn but is there a reason to swap the left and right click for it because to me that just makes it seem wierd
Some great extra tips there with hero specific stuff too.
A question though, is Fullscreen mode more optimal to borderless windowed mode? I feel that runs best when streaming and using OBS etc
better fps and less input lag from fullscreen, but running borderless windowed makes it so much easier for tabbing in and out so I personally don't mind the tradeoff.
@@Litherly I agree, unless when tabbing out and using game capture on OBS doesn't cause any lag then I'd see Fullscreen being the better option.
Fullscreen forces your PC to prioritize resources to the game, it will lower your lag and raise your fps by ignoring background programs.
People will say fullscreen is better, and I was that person bc I play csgo. Since I changed my computer to a better one, some games feels better and 1:1 with Windows bordeless mode, fullscreen the mouse feels heavy, so Just test what feels best also comparing your game latency with nvidia reflex on vs off ( not talking about the nvidia low latency in nvidia panel )
Thank you, imma try this settings. Any tips for someone that switch to pc from console ? I’ve never played on PC, fps games been bit complicated to get used to it.
the tips for the individual heroes was blessed
thanks my guy
What DPI and game sens do u use with the hero settings? Cause now I changed the scope sens for Ana and it's way too fast for me.
been waiting for this video since launch. thank you as always Blizzard Guides
Btw don't set anti-aliasing to low. FXAA should be avoided since it's literally just a blur filter put over the image. For clarity you're better off with SMAA or no AA at all.
I don't use it mwahaha
This needs to be addressed on console as well not sure if you’re able to take that on or if you’d need help but man something just feels slightly off and it’s really frustrating not hitting shots that I’d be hitting in OW1
fr
Watch vKireons video he posted 5 days ago he’s on Xbox I think
Go play the real game if you care
@@Rudylovesyou vkireon?
Whenever you play with pc people your aim assists is off idk why
Hey, can you tell me crosshair stats? That thicker + is looking really nice.
SIM isn't really the overall input-lag, but it's the actual/average frametime (which is bound to the real input lag btw)
Bro i played for 2 years with an 144 hz monitor and the refresh rate was on 59 hz all this time and i didnt even notice it, tysm bro you earned a sub❤😂
ty great settings
Thx a lot mate
Thanks these settings have really helped me alot. Like no joke
Dont listen to the fps one, keep your fps to a high number, no matter the refresh rate/hz.
excellent video thanks
Thanks for the guide, what DPI do u use though?
thx man
Thank you very much ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Reduce buffering should be on if you have equal fps to your hz constantly
what will this setting do if you have more fps than your hz
@@GentlyUsedFrog it won't do anything bad, but lets say you turn on reduce buffering with 120-130 fps 144 hz, it will increase latency instead of decreasing
@@mex0nn Oh okay, cuz i'm on a 170hz monitor and while tweaking my game with the guide, I got 400-500 fps (in the training grounds, probably gonna translate to 250-300 in most cases on Overwatch)
So I was wondering about that
@@GentlyUsedFrog you dont need to worry, np
@@mex0nn Well thank you Giga Chad Draven
Can u tell us how to show the skill tier sign In game below your character down left?
Thank you bro!!! I went from 30fps to 260 fps!!!
thx bro >>you help me
Great video!
bro i have a 144 hz monitor but ow2 was on 60 hz i was so confused on why it was like that thank you man
you sure to turn buffering reduce off? most competitive games have it on though
ty for best videos
thanks my game looks and feels so much better
thank u so much
Great content and good guide. My Overwatch settings don't even have a resolution setting. Guess I'll go eff myself.
yes it is PC, yes it windows 10
This guide was op
How did you bind scroll wheel for both ability 1 and 2 for zen? When I bind it on one and try to bind it on the other it undbinds the first one
thanks so much bro my frames kept dropping to 15 and ping to like 100+ ypure a life saver 😂
Why would you have reduce buffering off, I thought it reduces input lag? Great vid though lots of amazing tips.
Great video
the scroll wheel thing to me is crazy, I just don't hold my mouse like that haha makes sense tho
Bro i've played atleast 12 hours of OW2 under a 60hz resolution when my computer easily got 144fps and my monitor is 144hz... when i switched it to allow 144hz i experienced buttery smoothness, freedom, and also a little bit of concern for why i didnt switch this on way back
Unless I’m missing something, unfortunately it doesn’t seem like you can fine tune console sense to that specific sense on the Ashe tip. Is there any console alternatives?
Buy pc
Thank you
Thank you for this
Also, the "p" in "Baptiste" is silent
you are a life saver
6:40 same with moira, Cuz Clicking Dmg, makes your healing go up faster
Guys with FPS I found on two computers that having max frame rate really helps with accuracy. I had 60hz running 140fps and i can feel the difference. i got a 144hz running 240fps and obviously smoother but can notice the ease of hitting shots. the intput lag and seeing the most resent frame helps allot. I would try it out if your screen tearing is not an issue, usually you can minmise the screen tearing but still have max fps if you find the right settings
Ty❤
If I were you I wouldn't skip on texture filtering, you get much better looking textures in the distance while barely losing any performance. And FXAA is a glorified blur filter I recommend just using SMAA because it barely effects the performance or just turn aa off completely if you want every frame.
i main junkrat rn what do u think is good for him
Help Me
I've a 16 series card so what should be my nvidia reflex should be?
thanks
Should I copy these exact even if I have a high end pc
Damn, in Video -> Resolution I had 1920x1080 (*60) and I was wondering why game is so choppy even that is showing that is 250 fps rock solid. Changing to 1920x1080 (*240) changed everything but I dunno why 60 was selected by default.
I just realized that today to 😂
thank you! i have problem with this graphic issue, i play it with ROG Laptop Zephyrus S17, but somehow the display lagging a bit, its so uncomfortable to play with. Let me see with this setting
update : it worked yo! i dont need those ultra setting! this set is just okay!
“Yellow is the best one”
*Me not being able to see color*
Lol loved the vid dude it helped a lot
my game is running max fps on epic settings (max) does it matter? or should i still follow these settings? thank you!:)
wow thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello , why disable NVIDIA Low Latency Mode ? Can you explain why because i didnt experience any lags ect..
amazing video
Jesus christ, my hz was at 60 for some reason no idea how but switched it back and god dam it has such good movements
I get constant frame tearing in fullscreen despite being on a Gsync monitor. I've read it's apparently related to being on a multi-monitor setup with different refresh rates on the different monitors, but whatever it is I cannot stand looking at it.
I always thought my aim was bad but I just played at 15% mouse sensitivity all the time. Now its at 6% and Im actually hitting my shots. Great Video, thank you so much
What dpi?
hi, great video, i dont understand how to se my SIM, im pressing crtl+shift and nothing happen. I have AMD video card. My english is so bad, if u can help me with the combination of the keys to see the SIM i will thanks u :D
This vid helped me a megaton. I had 300 ping since last ow2 update. Didn't know how to switch my refresh rate from 144 to 165. Did the other settings. Now I'm at 175. Idk if that optimal but much better than 300. Thanks
me too
ping isn't related to your refresh rate
I don't have drops in FPS, should I still run graphics at a low setting?
So regardless of what sense you have for Ashe, Ana &Widow we should all have that relative aim sense ?
Does the scoped sensitivity % work with any sense or only the base 15%? Like if I up my sensitivity to 20 will the 51.80 still be 1 to 1
pretty sure yes
How come reduce buffering off? Thanks!
Scroll wheel is huge, Idk why I never thought to do that in OW I do it in WoW for a bunch of stuff. Speaking of WoW, why is it that pvp in wow feels perfect to me, no lag, abilities always land when expected, but in OW abilities consistently lag and it seems completely random when they go off, they're both blizzard games. Hopefully these settings make a difference and its just input lag, but constantly I'll be kiriko and throw a suzu, see myself or others light up as if they got it, then they die to an ability anyways. Or I'll hit teleport, hear the audio cue as if I did teleport, but again die anyways. It feels like what's going on client side has no relation to what's going on server side, what's the point of audio cue's for abilities if they don't actually mean your ability landed. Thinking you survived, just to die anyways just feels horrible to play, it's more tilting than being one shot to die to the server.
