Sweet video! One thing I like to do when I get to the range is do a cold start before the dry fire - place my target 5-7 meters out and do a draw with a few shots. This gives me a better feel for my current capability without a warmup. Then you can tweak your training based off of where you saw mistakes.
Same! Those are my "warm-ups" I was referring to, that's why I like the dry-fire press-outs when I get to the range. I'll do a couple draws too but just didn't show them in this video
Absolutely! I realized I forgot to mention follow-through, get a good trigger reset and a second sight picture before indexing back to compressed/high ready. Great point
@@defencivsolutions same. I just purchased some outdoor steel hangers, waiting for them to be delivered. The sig center is way better but pricey in my opinion. I’m in NH too, if you ever want some company lmk. Always looking for a good training partner.
How you mean? That's just called cowitnessing, and it can either be a complete cowitness, lower 1/3, or anything in between. The SCS MOS has a low enough floor that it comes cowitnessed to Glock iron sights.
Tip for drawing weapon - don’t reach for bottom of your shirts, it’s always moving and not always in same spot . Grab your shirt at the belly button , your instincts and brain know where your belly button is .give it a try

Great vid! What watch are you wearing?
Thanks man! Garmin Tactix 7
Can you do a video on trigger discipline and how to properly release or pin the trigger?

Bro. Is this range Manchester firing line? This is my range!
Yep! It's a little small so I don't go very often, but it does the trick.

Why are you slaving your dot to the front sight?

For sure man, different strokes for different folks. I've tried out a bunch of ways to draw and just use what has worked for me 🤷♂
