    How Farms Work is a TH-cam channel based in rural Potosi, Wisconsin. Our mission is to teach those who didn't grow up on a farm what the farming life is like. Our videos show the Kuster family working together raising cattle and GMO crops. We believe everyone who wants to know more about farming should be able to share the farming experience with us.
    How Farms Work takes place on ~1,100 acres with around 75-200 cattle at any given time. Four John Deere tractors are currently used on the farm, which are a 4020, 4640, 7600, and 8235R.
    Be sure to subscribe for new videos every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 11AM Central!

    What is the hydraulic flow rate on your bobcat? Have you thought about looking into a forestry mulcher attachment? Would make clearing overgrown pastures and fence line cleanup a breeze

    Lost hydraulic power in the S150, popped the cover and the year old main drive belt is loose while the fan belt had managed to come off and was sitting in the bottom of the engine bay XD.
    Not a few times we've had 3 generations working on the same machine at once either haha.

  • @MatthewHoag77

    Just going by those clues, it has to be haying equipment of some kind. Just because everyone else seems to be guessing a rake or baler, I'm guessing it's a mower or some kind of bale-handling implement. Now, how much "fun" was it working in that small of a space to replace the drive belts?

  • @tyalber2766
    @tyalber2766 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    Considering the word “Dry” was said it has to be some sort of hay equipment...... anyway we have a 2013 S205 Bobcat and the only real problem we have with it is it keeps breaking off a bolt in the ac compresser bracket resulting in the belt squealing

  • @SuperScooby70
    @SuperScooby70 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    gotta love working on these skidloaders huh Ryan?..lol. No room for big hands let alone tools. I've done quite a bit on my T250 Bobcat. Most recently a new tensioner on the cooling fan belt. I've also replaced the main hydraulic feed hose under the cab. Almost gotta be a contortionist to work on these. Easiest thing I've done is replace the rubber tracks on it 2 weeks ago. Heavy work but basic tools and a Milwaukee grease gun make easy work of it. Also replaced the rear idler wheels while I had the tracks off. At least that work was out in the open. Love the video Ryan...keep em coming.

    If hyd-belt is slipping means self tighter-on idler pulley is bad or bearing out-take it off and look at it--old belt was fine--it will tear apart new belt right away ! !Dealer should have told u when you got new one- TO work on fan belt or alternator belt&stuff---raise boom-no bucket-lock it up ---raise cab its allright there from the side!-maybe a block in back like book shows -
