On the cooling fan belt. Do all the pulleys line up straight? I have an 864 and the top pulley is about 3/4 of an inch to the right. So the belt comes off the idler pulley and has a lean to the right. I replaced a broken belt and the new one only lasted an hour. I may have had the wrong belt, it was thigh and very difficult to get on. I checked the motor mounts and they look good.

Good eye! The belt I used was actually for a S160 and although different part number they are almost identical but 1/8 longer. The S160 belt will work on both but the 763 belt would be to tight for the S160. This way I only have to stock 1 belt on my truck for multiple machines.

No problem, anything I can do to help. Have you changed your outside filters and your recirculation filter behind the seat? The air flow system is a single plenum so there has to be an air restriction somewhere. There is not a mechanical device that separates air from the top to the bottom vents.
