1. Instead of checking all things under high voltage- you can simply check connectivity (without high voltage) by setting diode mode in the Fluke.
2. The fuse is faulty for a reason. Most of the time the fuse is burnt as a result of electrical power jumps but it can be also related to something shortening in the oven. Therefore bypassing the fuse is a risk. Before bypassing, you need to check if there is something burnt or shortening (diode mode).

Mine is stuck in 4 strips at any temperature over ~120!!

That's my issue too,.just doing it at 150 and when it reaches that, then I can still turn it step by step up to 180. But that's the max. Cleaned the thermostat, you can try that too, but it didn't help in my case. Have you solved it?
I have a Samsung NE58R9560WG Induction Range The oven part and front display on the unit stopped working but the stove top works perfectly. I replaced the DE47-20037A / AP4222778 Thermostat part but it didn't fix the problem any other suggestions on what it might be?

I have issue with that the oven is not heating above a given temperature. I checked the stick thermostat going inside and was oily. I cleaned it and checked it again. Still the same.
What can be the cause? I don't see it being damaged, so before ordering a new one, I want to exclude other possibilities. Thanks!

Hi I’ve just replaced pcb after no display at all. My thermal fuse is fine. I’m getting 230v but no display. The only thing that works is the light. Any ideas what else can it be?
What is the working temperature of the thermal fuse?
The one I removed has "PW-3V 130N" printed on it, but I'm not sure if the "N130" is the temperature.
The working temperature of your fuse is 130 celcius.if the temp goes higher,the fuse blows and no electricity fill flow through it
does the thermal cutout have to be wired up one way or another... or does it not matter?
No It doesn't matter, either way is fine
Where do you find the wire connector to bypass this fuse for testing?
It could be anything, even a piece of metal. As long as you isolate it well enough it's ok

There is also two thermo fans. The top one seized. I replaced it but it still doesnt work. only the bottom one turns.

On other videos they say to heat thermo fuse with ahair dryer then check for contunity is that correct.

In my Samsung oven, internal light and cooling fan is constantly on. I have to switch off main socket all time. If I switch on main socket the light and fan are on again.
GoMaster hiya I have a belling BE.317 WH 02331 cooker and it just cut out Lastnight when I was using it iv checked the wire supply and thermal blocks and it looks good do you think it's possible that my thermol fuse is faulty by any chance

+GoMaster thanks very much i worked it out and yes it was the MICROTEMP fuse this one's has a crimp connection on the microtemp fuse can you tell me if it's ok to solder the new one on the wire and put a bite heat shrink on it to give it protection and put the original plastic tube sleeve back on

You don't need a special connector just a wire to short the two connects.
@@SHANUSHAH it will work as the video showed, but you risk burning your house by not having a fuse.
