Unravelling Anxiety Extra - Annelies

Annelies is a mental health support worker and has experienced OCD and GAD since she was very young.
Her OCD centers around her severe phobia of vomiting.
Annelies has had a very long journey with her anxiety, including a time where she was close to hospitalization as her OCD got so bad, she wasn't eating or drinking anything.
She has also dealt with severe panic attacks which at some stages in her life, occurred daily.
