  • I trained with parallettes for 30 days (1 month calisthenics progress)! So I decided to do nothing but parallette workouts for 30 days due to gyms being closed, and also since I've been wanting to get more into calistehnics and that style of training. A lot of hard work went in to this project, but I definitely had a lot of fun with it as well! The parallettes are an amazing tool for functional bodyweight training, exercise and fitness, and a pretty fun and easy way to get into calisthenics. Hope you enjoy!

Wow, this one took a while to get out! My apologies! Had to deal with some personal stuff, but that’s life sometimes!
I definitely should be back to uploading much more consistently again moving forward - I have so many projects planned for 2021, and I always welcome input from you guys on skills you want to see me learn or challenges you think I should try! Thanks for sticking around! 🙏🏽
Also, while it might not be much too some, we recently hit 1000 subscribers on this channel!
The fact that 1000 of you saw some of my content and felt like you wanted to see more, is actually pretty humbling to me! Thank you for the support, truly! 🙏🏽

      Reality : 3s Tuck planche
Yes very realistic hahah although getting that handstand progress in only 30 days is really impressive

You almost immediately achieved the handstand with parallettes which is already unbelievable. I suppose your relatively developed physique helped you quite a lot with beginning your progress, but it's still impressive. I, myself, am at about 16% body fat with a pretty visibly developed core but can't do nearly as well on my first try. I have a long way to go, and this sets what I'm up against to perspective. This was quite useful. Thank you!

Cool video tutorial. Yesterday in a CrossFit box we tried for the first time “l-sit to bent arm hold handstand” 😅. I beat my forehead but i could get a handstand at least for 5 seconds. Coach gives us a 3 weeks to make that exercise perfect 😅

Handstands and handstand push ups are in general easier to do on parallettes because one can easily control both the underbalance and overbalance direction through wrist radial and ulnar deviation

ive been a gym rat for decades...buying parallettes a few months ago changed my whole mindset with workouts. try burpees with the paralettes and try push up to Lsit and back.
