How long did it take you to edit this video ? I did film editing for the NZ National Film Unit when i worked for the NZ National Film Library in the 1980s. I operated a Moviola Editing machine . It was quite old , not state of the art by any means , but i thoroughly enjoyed it. It took me hours making up a good 16 millimeter film back then. Great video Harley. But you missed out your father planting his foot down hard on the accelerator in the Ford Pilot leaving a breakfast car meet and doing a wheelie in it recently. Remember that ? 😅.
Definitely some weird and wonderful sounds there Harley but for me the best sounds have always been the Ferrari's. Not an easy and also a time consuming video to put together I think. Have a good Christmas and New Year Harley, 2025 is going to be an exciting and busy year for you for sure.
Hi Harley My favourite of all time is the Maserati 250F. I was fortunate to be able to watch them when they were the latest GP car. Best wishes and a Happy Christmas to you and Richard. Best wishes Alan
Awww Harley… wasn’t expecting that - got the big speakers going when I saw the title … poor dog jumped as the volume was turned up a tad high !! Brilliant vid - excellent Christmas Car Porn !! The Cognac was a revelation - had never heard of it before … and it made lovely sounds too. Some fabulous footage there… nearly impossible to pick out favourites… so many. The Dodge startup was particularly delicious though - brought back years of listening to old engines cranking up after a bit of spannering. The Jensen near the beginning was just pure lovely! Great work, Harley. Happy Christmas to you and ol’ OCC ! Here’s to a noisy 2025 🎉
Great video’s. Now for part two, let’s have some lovely 1950’s cars - D type, Maserati 300S. Some 1960’s cars - Ferrari 250 GTO, E type, Aston Martin DB4.
Thanks for the video Harley - indeed, thanks for all of 2024's videos. We'll all look forward to many more in 2025 including your own growing vehicle line up. I wish you, your Dad and your Mum all the very best for a Happy Christmas and may 2025 bring nothing but success and happiness to all at OCCHQ.

The cognac is always a highlight of the VSCC meetings I attend, thanks for watching!
@@CarTractionvidsJust found the history of it ! And the name : Mr Cohen (CO) built it, with a GN chassis and an AC engine !! Clever guy !

Thanks, this is just a compilation of the best cars I've seen in person racing and driving - sadly haven't recorded any of those
