Just goes to show what a bit of good weather will do for turnout, not just for people wanting to show their cars, but those wanting to look at them. Another well presented video. Thank you.
What an amazing turnout! I wish we had these evening get togethers here in South East Queensland. That red Triumph was an absolute pearler and I think my favourite of the show. AI have also admired Rover P4’s and that two toned green one was delightful. But overall another wonderful video which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thankyou once again, Harley.
Excellent event, first rate video and top notch commentary Harley. Cars I would take home, The big1963 300 SE Mercedes convertible, stunning, the Alpine at the beginning of the video and the Series 3 XJ, I have always liked the Series 3. How an earth there weren't any cars bumping into each other I find amazing.
Thanks for another great gathering video. That 250TR I assume is a GTO Engineering "recreation". They apparently take Ferrari bits as you said and make new bodies per the original car. Joe Macari is a London dealer. That young fellow driving was not Mr. Macari, but glad to see a car like that show up in a car park nonetheless!
Ah ok, I've seen GTO Engineering work their wizardry on a 250 SWB, didn't know they did TRs. A very convincing car made of original parts is what I gathered from a quick chat with the driver
@@CarTractionvidsHarley, I have noticed you at Swettenham and I've glad to put a name to a face now! Your youtube channel is very interesting and its great to see a young chap interested in classic motors. It would be interesting to see how much the Ferrari is valued at.
Hi 👋 Harley. Firstly I want to mention that i have viewed a video you did three years ago about the history of the Morris Minor. A very good 3 minute documentary about the car. I noticed how you have grown by your voice . It's much deeper now. Also there is a video that you and your father might be interested in viewing. It's a video of a rally called the Highland Fling rally 2024. It's taken in Fielding Manawatu near where I live. The cars involved in it are old veteran cars like the one at the beginning of your video here. There are 2 parts to it , and they are both lengthy in time. It's on youtube and key in goldinghamian . It will come up. Good car display Harley , and I hope you enjoy the video I have mentioned. PS. It will give you an idea of where i live here in New Zealand. From Carl.
Disappointed not to see any classic leccy cars like the BYD Haddock or the Ora Funky Cat but there was a bright yellow skip so that was pretty close. Ciao.

How much do you think this beauty could be worth? not the £30-40 million I heard some say

@@kalkan98 I've heard £1.2 million floating around, which seems about right for a recreation built with old parts.
I think the best thing about that Ferrari is the speedo which is way out of sight on the other side from the other instruments. Very civilised.
Agreed!
Cool
