      Thanks, I have not seen all books. IS Codes and IITs (Kanpur and roorkee)notes are sufficient.

      @@civilbasics21 Thanks for the reply sir, just have a doubt regarding the column jacketing, while jacketing the column and going down to footing what are we supposed to do with the plinth beam? break it or drill hole to reach the footing for connection? please clarify sir

      Drill holes to pass the longitudinal bars .

      I have not seen the notes/ pdf on this topic. Retrofitting techniques are available in notes by IIT Kanpur and kharagpur. Pictorial presentation is more than theoretical explation
