The stretches given are very advanced... As mentioned in the title its not a beginner level workout. Pls give different levels of each asana so that beginner as well as advanced can do the practice. Your class is very inspiring but feel discouraged when we cant do and achieve the position.

@@Yograja the last 6-7 minutes for breathing seems important and useful but the translator's voice is too small to get heard and understood. Hope we can get louder voice by the translator so that we can understand better. thank you so much.
Hi - the practice was fantastic. The back arches gave a wonderful feel to the body - especially the upper back. Only 1 thing is i think ardhmatsyendrasana to the left was forgotten. Assymetrical spinal twist if done both sides feels good. Good sequencing appreciate your creativity . 🙏👍
