    A seated workout that was actually a workout! I'm a lifelong wheelchair user and not elderly. It's hard to find seated workouts that actually cause me to break a sweat! Thank you!!!

    Thank you so much for these chair cardio workouts! I’m 40 and I’ve had an injured hip for 5 years and have to use a cane to walk a times. I’ve been to physical therapy 3 times to strengthen by glutes and outer hip muscles. I’ve had MRI’s And x-rays of my back and hip and they see nothing wrong. I’ve even seen a rheumatologist because the doc thought it was maybe autoimmune. After three weeks of doing chair cardio I am pain free!!! These Workouts are strengthening something. I don’t know what it is but I can walk again without pain!

    Fractured my foot running my third half marathon. Feeling bummed my running journey is on pause but looking forward to strengthening other parts of my body in the meantime. Thank you for this workout! It'll help keep my VO2 Max up while I recover.

    I am grateful for finding this video today. I broke my foot about a month ago and was feeling really down about not getting any exercise. I was starting to worry I would completely loose my fitness level and all motivation to get it back. This video showed me that I can still get a workout while my foot heals and that not all chair workouts are for old people :) It helped me get back some of those natural endorphins I was missing in my life. Thank you!

    What a huge blessing!
    This was just what I needed. Tough, but not impossible.
    Last time I injured my foot I did nothing during the recovery. I didn't want that to be the case this time.

    I am recovering from burnout and have had a difficult time to workout consistently on my own. This type of workout feels like a lower treshold to start with on days when I don't have much energy and motivation. I usually feel better afterwards. Thank you for this workout!

    Hi I’m 73/21@❤️been thru cancer treatment and in recovery , 1 yr on Aug 26!!! NED- no evidence of disease. ( by Gods Grace.) I stopped doing wannabe sr. stuff. I love your chair cardio!!! IMO it’s better than cardio standing. My shoulders still do the Rice Krispy thing and my wrists hurt more than anything but the rest of me is good to go ! The thing I’m happiest about is my arms are actually finally able to do 3 lb weights and onto the 4s I saw at 5 below! So so grateful!! Godbls you, you rock!!!💕🙏🥰

    I can't tell you what a blessing your hurt foot videos have been! I just just gotten the all clear to do cardio again, (after 8 weeks off due to surgery), and 24 hours later, I broke my foot! Your positive messages and great workouts have been a true Godsend! Can't thank you enough!

    I am 3 weeks post-op from foot surgery with screws and a plate in my foot. I discovered you last year when my daughter used you to keep sane and fit through a broken ankle (and she’s a fitness instructor and marathon runner).     Thank you so much! I have been bed ridden and sedentary for 3 months now *BC pilon fracture left me with 28 screws and two plates in my tibia and fibula* only able to do laying down tai chi.. but after being a weight lifting cycling yogi; I was freaking out about flabby skin- your cardio helps my attitude and out immensely!

    I'm so glad I found this workout! I've been doing intense exercise for about 18 months and re-injured myself this week. I was so sad and wondering how I would be able to burn calories like I usually do. These workouts are perfect!     Just wanted to let you know that you helped me so much after a knee injury. I couldn't do any where I had to bend and straighten my knee, but I was able to tweet it and it felt so good to get that heart rate up! I would loooove to see one without any knee bending! Thank you sooo much!

    Wow thanks for the amazing new chair cardio workout - I’ll add it to my exercise Arsenal. Last year I fractured my right ankle (fully healed) & would you believe only just this week I fractured my left one (personally I think it got jealous)! I found your amazing hurt foot videos & program last year - your workouts kept me sane through the healing process & sent me on a journey that proved I needed more of a balanced workout - it’s not all about the cardio - Don’t get me wrong - I would love not to have a fractured ankle but I’m so glad & thankful to have you back in my corner!

    Thanks you for this and the channel. I have small fiber peripheral neuropathy which severely limits how much I can be on my feet and use my hands, and i also just broke my foot. I look foward to explore more of your stuff; I’ve been wanting this kind of harder seated workout for years that actually makes me sweat, and not even physical therapist showed me i can have this kind of workout!

    Thank you again Caroline. I think this maybe the best workout even till today as although it is hard, it is not too intense and I can consistently do the whole thing without feeling too fatigues compared to the rest, and still feel like an awesome workout, especially by the time the second set of exercises come into play. The only thing I can't do is lift myself off the chair. but i substitute that with an extra set of jumping jacks.

    If you have a group I had ankle surgery Oct 6 and had this done the calcaneal slide, the flexor digitorum longus transfer, and spring ligament repair and Aug augmentation…! Therapy soon so if any tips I see in a group great

    Not your usual high-energy joy-filled workout. Obvio an early video of yours. For one thing, if you have a big butt, or any size larger than yours, which is to say, most of us, our butt and our hands don't both fit on the seat of my chair. I ADORE your videos and you! This one was too slow for me.
