Hey Paul, i absolutely love your energy and videos. You look like you're having so much fun. I'd like to share my health. I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and no cartilage in either one. Bone on bone. I also have rickets which have caused my legs to be badly deformed. I can't stand on my own. I have to use a walker just for a few steps. I also have to use a wheelchair when I go anywhere. I've lost weight. I need to exercise to get strength in my legs. I want to thank you for all you do for me ❤ Blessings
Oh my goodness this chair workout was not easy but so much fun, I rolled my ankle while doing one of your other great workouts because I carried away & thought I’d try a sit one. Thanks Paul & hats off to you everyone for doing this😊🙏🏻
Need to share this with you. 1. I’m a Pittsburgher. Live now in Monroeville. Will be 81 on Feb 26. I am a 3 x cancer survivor. Breast. 1999, ovarian, 2025, chest pains caused me to have an exploratory surgery, my radical mastectomy and radiation burned my ribs. Rib removal, body rebuilt, one year later, thyroid cancer. I’ve walked off balance for 20 years. Dr said sprained ankle. Those crazy boots. Finally I can’t do silver sneakers. FINALLY. A doctor did an MRI. My foot and ankle were crushed? When ? 25 yrs ago. At 78, he would not operate. So I wear a ? Boot, looks like a shoe skate. Fits inside a special shoe. About 2 to 3 years I started doing water aerobics, then, I found your show. I do aerobics 6 days a week. When in on vacation in Tennessee to see my great granddaughters. You have my attention. Proudly, I can say, I now teach aerobics on Tuesday and Wednesday at Wilmerding community center. I went from a 24 to a 16 bathing suit. Praise God. He has blessed me through so many surgeries…I AM A MIRACLE!!!! And I thank Him daily, hourly, every minute. Two weeks ago, I caught a ? Virus? Can’t do to the pool. So you have had to put up with me, talking back to you. Today was the first day I did a complete set. I’m shaking, crying because I’m coming back.my blood work was garbage 1 month ago, very low protein, thyroid numbers blown away. It finally knocked my butt down. I sat, covered up, praying and crying. I am Catholic, I prayed my rosary. Me and my buddy, the Holy Spirit had some talks. I don’t know yet when I’ll be able to go to the pool. But I’m here with you. Good Day! thank you for sharing your story. I know the area very well where you live. I used to live in Monroeville at one time just above Wilderding. I use to teach at LA fitness Monroeville before I moved back to the north side of Pittsburgh. Life is one of those things no has been able to figure out. I cling to God everyday. I can remember the different times I had to sit down for a minute. I wish I could tell you what God's next plan is for you but I cannot. But I am confident that God has something good for you. I am glad that you have drawn near to the Holy Spirit. may God continue to bless you in body soul and spirit.
Seated cardio is a fantastic option for those with limited mobility, glad to see inclusive exercises like this

This was fun doing a chair workout to the classics. I ended up removing the chair Roku app since I have premium TH-cam, but it is well organized.
They both give you the same thing just about, but there will videos on Roku that will not be on youtube.
