Same. I was having a really terrible week, got my order messed up already that week before, and then ordered buffalo wings for delivery and they came without sauce. It was one of those 'final straw' things, and I was crying when I called. I was immediately like "I'm not mad, it's an easy mistake and I'm sure you guys are busy, I was just wondering if y'all could drop off the sauce pls" because they were a couple blocks up the road. They brought me fresh wings, and I made sure to tip the driver again. I was probably talked about in a really confused manner x'D

There’s a disclaimer during the credits of every episode that says “some customers receive a financial contribution towards the cost of their meal.” More than than likely than means people that have to wait a long time or their meals get really messed up not only don’t have to pay for their meals, but also get paid to be on the show. It could also mean people that are unreasonable, throw fits and just are jerks, or weird too, which makes for good TV. I’d say somebody crying over a hamburger was entertaining and made for good TV, so it was just an act, so she got paid for her performance.

I've never seen a lobster tank as filled with lobsters as that one. That's packed with way too many. That wouldn't surprise me that it being so cramped is what killed that lobster. They can barely move around in that tank. Mike also said that they try to check on them often and that he tries to freeze them right away. During a conversation about the dead lobster. It just makes it sound like he tries to find them dead a.s.a.p. and freeze them before they go bad. He also thought that the dead lobster that Ramsey found was still fine enough to serve. So it makes lean more towards that was talking about quickly finding a dead lobster, freezing it, and still serving it.
Keeping anything alive in a tank of water is a little bit tricky. Fish, lobster, crab, don’t take a ton of oxygen but exhale co2 quickly which is dissolved in the water. Too much co2 is toxic (this is the same for animals breathing air; if you are in an enclosed room and suffocate, it’s not from lack of oxygen as much as from co2 buildup). The bubbles dissipate the co2 in the water but it can only work at a set rate. Too many lobsters in a tank will build up the co2 faster than the bubbler can dissipate it. You wouldn’t expect it, but if you put a crab in a bucket of water it’ll die in 15-30 minutes due to co2 buildup (depending on the size of the bucket). But if you put a crab in an empty bucket under a saltwater-damp cloth towel, it can live for up to 24 hours so long as it doesn’t get too hot. The cloth keeps the gills from drying out so it can keep dissipating the co2 into the air.

We all know that Amy is bad, but people often forget Mary. She was an awful owner; the way she blamed everything on her husband is disgusting. Greg was trying to say "queso de freír" and Mary being Mexican should have understood that, instead of mocking him in front of Gordon.

Ironically they were probably the most honest owners on the show because they said outright that they just wanted Ramsay to say that their food is perfect and all haters are stupid. The moment i heard that chef say the cheese was queso freir, i facepalmed. Queso freir is a cheese for frying, it's designed not to melt easy. Using it as a substitute for melting is like substituting feta for mozzerella. It's also a dominican cheese, not mexican.
I lived near Scottsdale during the Crazy Amy episodes. Drove by once, after the episodes, and it was totally empty. They deserved every bit of criticism they got. They were a s**t show.

Lost my job and got a job at a local dive bar/grill to pay bills till my new job starts . I knew what I was getting into, as I’ve worked in restaurants as a server for years and know the red flags and I’m also a huge fan of kitchen nightmares and a foodie who loves to cook. I didn’t think it be so bad. Drunk owner, manager is her daughter who leaves at 2pm everyday, drunk security gaurds, owner drinks with her friends and let’s them insult her employees, no table numbers, food sits under the heat lamp for more than 5min ,cooks yell when tickets are wrong, servers have little to no experience and think sending out the food is ok to avoid conflict, place hasn’t been deep cleaned in YEARS, prices haven’t been adjusted in YEARS, expired items, all the to gos are the wrong size lids for the cups, and the food is so bad. I’ve never felt more like I was in a kitchen nightmare episode. Gordon please come to the “restaurant”. You have a GOLD mine of footage here.

Complaints on the internet were mishandled by Amy and her husband and that was their downfall. Oh and yes, they twisted the customers kishkes with their insane shouting and behavior. Oh. they also insulted Gordon Ramsay. Oh. They took waiter's tips.

Ironically they were probably the most honest owners on the show because they said outright that they just wanted Ramsay to say that their food is perfect and all haters are stupid. Pretty much everybody else pretends like they want to be told what they are doing wrong but still get mad the moment they are crticised.

The moment i heard that chef say the cheese was queso freir, i facepalmed. Queso freir is a cheese for frying, it's designed not to melt easy. Using it as a substitute for melting is like substituting feta for mozzerella. It's also a dominican cheese, not mexican.

Lost my job and got a job at a local dive bar/grill to pay bills till my new job starts . I knew what I was getting into, as I’ve worked in restaurants as a server for years and know the red flags and I’m also a huge fan of kitchen nightmares and a foodie who loves to cook. I didn’t think it be so bad. Drunk owner, manager is her daughter who leaves at 2pm everyday, drunk security gaurds, owner drinks with her friends and let’s them insult her employees, no table numbers, food sits under the heat lamp for more than 5min ,cooks yell when tickets are wrong, servers have little to no experience and think sending out the food is ok to avoid conflict, place hasn’t been deep cleaned in YEARS, prices haven’t been adjusted in YEARS, expired items, all the to gos are the wrong size lids for the cups, and the food is so bad. I’ve never felt more like I was in a kitchen nightmare episode. Gordon please come to the “restaurant”. You have a GOLD mine of footage here.

It was spotless and the decor was excellent. The cakes were delicious. The food was not to American or British tastebuds.
