Do you think most of the people on kitchens nightmares call it fresh frozen
For those unaware, the oven settings are changed in between services, so each time the chiefs have to re-learn how to use them. The idea is to make the chefs pay attention to details, but this is why people with 10 years or more in the industry struggle with making one beef wellington.
What do you bro, temperature is temperature lol a 100 degrees is always gonna be 100 degrees, I been a chef for past 12 years and the only ovens that have various changeable settings are electric oven such a rationals which is not what they are using in hell's kitchen

@@hugoakerlund5114 Keith was far more qualified than Virginia. His cooking was solid and had good leadership qualities. Virginia, although she had a good palate, constantly cracked under pressure, couldn't deliver during dinner service alot of the times. The only person who was close to being on par with Heather was Keith. Yet he got eliminated in the top three. There was something definitely going on. I agree Ramsay is an honorable man as well and I'm a fan of him, but Keith's elimination was so unfair. He was a great chef and would have done much better in a kitchen than Virginia who probably would only serve cold salads in a restaurant if she was in charge
