Great Video, I was wondering if the higher voltage of the lithium batteries is causing any problem for the trolling motor?

Thanks for sharing as I’ve been thinking about converting from a 24v lead acid system (two 12v batteries) to lithium. Did you install one battery or two? If two, were they in series or parallel? Lastly, please share how you charge your lithium battery. Thanks again.

Your welcome! I have two batteries connected in series. Here is a video I have showing my charging setup: th-cam.com/video/blqNQ7swJGc/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared Honestly, After switching to lithium batteries, I’d never buy another lead acid.

Hi Deano - great video. I am considering buying one of the Power Queen 25.6V 100Ah batteries. I have seen that some people have had problems with their batteries a few months after they bought them - and some have also had water leak into them. Have you had any issues with yours? Best wishes from Denmark & the UK!

      Thanks!
I have used them for a full season now. They seem to be holding up good so far. I hadn’t seen any issues with water penetrating them, however they are tucked away under the console. They are still holding a good charge and I’m still seeing about the same run time on them. If any issues show up, I’ll keep everyone updated. Best of luck.
