I’ve been to a trial in person and I don’t like how they are all smiley on the stand. That is hard to watch.
Same clothing he had on while stalking the other witness.
So if he wouldn’t have dropped his firearm would he gotten away? It seems like tht was the the key evidence? If so thank goodness he dropped it cause it would’ve happened for sure again! He sick in the head!

He was caught on camera trying to get in the apartment of the woman he was stalking, numerous times. He was wearing that grey hoodie, she was a good witness and they showed the video.
I agree she’s an investigator with evidence packaged individually but when asked what it was, she said I’m not sure.

I am actually confused. So this woman is an investigator that collected evidence, individually, in individual bags however she is stating that they are some kind of devices, but doesn’t know what they are. She’s an investigator and did not look into what the specifics were on this evidence?

Doesn’t matter they have already been processed hence why they can bring the evidence into the courtroom during the trial
Why? You can't even get fingerprints from cloth. Besides, this is the trial, all the evidence has already been processed.

If there's a successful appeal after a guilty verdict. The evidence may be challenged and will need to undergo additional testing. Where are the gloves!!!
the evedince has already been proccessed and gloves are no longer needed!!! there is nothing they can get out of the items for evidence that they don't already have

What was the purpose of taking the sweatshirt? What does the sweatshirt have to do with the case? Did they find anything in the police vehicle that’s related to the case? Did they find anything in the apartment that’s related to the case? What did they find after all of the searching, that’s related to the case? Is any of this evidence linking him to the crime?
He wore the same sweatshirt and military looking pants over another female witnesses house that he was stalking…just proof that that witness was not lying and just made it harder to prove that he wasn’t a monster/creep
