One of pieces of evidence in his search history was asking if an iPhone could be unlocked with a photo. Another piece of evidence on his phone was a picture of Susana. I wonder if he kept her phone because it wasn't ever recovered. This is a dangerous guy. We have to wonder if this precious girl is his only victim and if he hadn't been caught, would there be more?

you can get a device that will detect any gps tracker any apple air-tag or any device is catching a signal and has a cell phone sim card in it so they can be detected they can also be jammed i can jam all cell phones with a device with 3 antannae one for 3g one for 4glte and one for 5g/5g+
you can even detect if someone put a passive RF tracker they ping with a HAM radio handset
if you ever do detect a tracker with a SIM in it they have memory and the person had to activate it at home on their PC and charge it so you'll literally have their location and everywhere they traveled before they put it on your kid
(even if the gps data is stored in a site like google maps i'm literally just going to use sql injection to take their site from them)

I commented in an earlier post when she was interviewing him that she was inept. She didn't have a clue how to conduct an interview. And here she goes again, just winging it. She should have sheets of notes in front of her. Terrible!!

A witness, or in this case detective, is there to explain a story via asked questions, or explain the evidence that is presented to them by the prosecution or defense… go back to school and learn, quit commenting on things you obviously know nothing about…

I think he snatched her off the street when she was walking home. He has a significant history. It also appears that he threw Susanna's telephone at some point as the phone itself reported a "crash". And it was his personal raggedy, filthy truck, complete with zip ties that he had her riding ing.
I believe that is what happened
In the testimony of her friend. She said he asked them if they needed a ride once before, they declined. So he could’ve done that again or simply grabbed her and put her in his personal truck (not his police car).
My question is, why did he have to kill her??
@@devinesent7696he didn’t have to. Just like he didn’t have to do any of the other stuff in the first place and could have left her alone. But the reason he did is because he is evil and sick. Most likely what happened is he snatched her, r*ped her, then k*lled her all in the night she was taken. Didn’t want her to tell anyone and ruin his life so in his mind k*lling her and dumping her was the best thing to do. Such a sad ending to a young girls life. I don’t even know her and my heart hurts for her and her family. This case stuck with me ever since she first disappeared because I live close to where it happened and actually drove past the complex where it happened almost every day, as my friend lived maybe a mile from where it happened.

His lawyers don't want him to win. I can tell you about ten issues they could have raised with her testimony. However even though they are there to defend him they are still human beings with children, and family members themselves. I'm sure anyone with a heart would sympathize somewhat with the family of Susan, and the pain Susan endured, What a POS this dude is. Smdh
That's not why they didn't, has nothing to do with being humans with children, etc. Defense attorneys have to do their absolute best, or else the case can get overturned and the killer can end up going free. If a defense attorney deliberately does a bad job in order to "get" their client, they are already screwing with the law. Not only can they get in trouble, etc, but also will let a killer get a mistrial/get overturned/set him free. You don't knowingly do that, ever.

She should face known the time zone conversions rather easily, for example, but she wanted to show her math with every single recital like the difference wasn’t just 5 hours ….
She also should’ve have known this case back and forth and upside down and should have been able to answer every question from memory AFTER finding where her answer was (briefly summarized) in the police reports snd been able to expound every detail, especially given that she was on a major crime series during the investigation, and on court TV nationally to present the evidence to the court
