You can tell this guy is guilty because he's talking to much.
And everything he's saying makes no sense.
A lot of words that don't make a complete sentence.
And way too fast
@@kdouces4564word salad 😂
Exactly. He's talking a mile a minute and not saying anything...
He is such a terrible liar, you don’t have to be an interrogator to know that.
Detective caught his guilt when he said "She said" then switched it to "they said". Good catch.
RIGHTTTTTT!!!!!
Time stamp please
I heard that too wow
Time stamp 7:05 “She said”. Guilty!
I thought the exact same, like shit, that was a bad slip.
This interrogating officer is phenomenal!
This guy couldn’t act more guilty. I’m so sorry for that girl and her family.
Yep. He is a psychopath & was a serial killer in the making. At least I hope he hadn't made it to full-fledged serial killer.....
I know i went somewhere cuz i came back
😂😂😂😂
LOL YO
You caught that too😂😂😂😂
Oh! I loved that, 'I knew I went somewhere, coz I came back, love it!!!!!😂😂😂😂
OMG what a duck 🤨
What’s crazy is he probably went driving around victimizing women using his badge and threats of jail to get young women to perform acts on him and this time he tried it she knew it was wrong and he had to off her to try to get away with it… just because someone has a badge doesn’t mean they’re a good person… a lot of people choose authority positions just to abuse and have power over other people
Probably. He’s a perv.
Yep some become cops some become judges some become teachers some become pastors some have kids
I’d bet he never Got chased by a girl in his life.
His fictional events are sickening
😂😂😂
Good one😂
I BET HE HAS.. HE'S BEEN CHASED AWAY!!
He has had gfs before..he was not an incel type. He is a burgeoning serial killer I think
My alibi is “I drove around a lot” is code for “I can’t wait to get to prison!”
this cat is a serial killer
I genuinely do drive around the countryside at night sometimes, and have thought to myself "God, if something criminal happens somewhere tonight, this is going to be a terrible alibi."
@OlSCrabs please have always your location on 🤣
@@OlSCrabsBiden must have personally given you a LARGE gas allowance!!
that idaho guy also has same alibi...i drove around
He’s soooo uncomfortable with the female detective sitting all up into his personal space. She is making him shake😂😂
She has her body in between his legs...like she is splaying him open.
She's practically sitting on his lap
She’s practically about to knee him in the 🥜🌰’s lol
So inappropriate!
Why is she so close she is practically on him
@ 7:05 He answers twice by stating "She said, they said". Buddy, you recalling that night and you can't lie straight.
I caught that too plus he wipe his nose answering the question for no reason
I also caught that...hope that the jury did also
I heard that too--"She said " (when officer casually asked where she lived) His response is an indicator that he had a conversation with her. He quickly changed it to they said but too late.. we have evidence of a lie.
THIS MF WAS IN EVERY AREA CONNECTED TO THIS YOUNG LADY'S DEATH.
100% right! Lousy criminal to be a cop🙄
😂😂
He is a really bad liar !!! Thank goodness 🙏🏽. Because he knew all of this time when they found her that he had his cell phone on him and he was in the area. He would have needed to tell the truth. Please LET THIS HORRIBLE PERSON be convicted
He was, but they dropped the attempted rape charge. I guess he kidnapped her to bake cookies.
@@EmbraceVillainythat charge couldn’t be proven, because of the condition of the body. That’s why the rape charge had to be dropped, smart guy!
@@nicford548 No fooling??? Honest to goodness of Jupiter???
He can't explain why his phone was literally pinging at the body recovery site. This dude is done...
Slip up at 7:03: "she said she was, they said she was walking home...she said, they said she lived nearby". So that night he pulled up on her as she was walking and he asked her where she was going and where she lived and "she said she was walking home and lived nearby. So sad.
This joker is psychotic and think he can outsmart these detectives 🤨
This dude is TERRIBLE… smh. How was he ever a police officer if he can't remember details?…….
They hire a lot of idiots to be cops because nobody really wants to be. So most and losers, ex security guards, ex military, ex bullies, ex nerds, degenerates. So what you expect. Those uniforms and badges FOOL people..😌
They don't have to remember. They just always say "I don't recall" or flat out lie about everything bc they know shit ain't gonna happen to them.
It's not that he can't remember, he's lying.
I guess I should've said “so-called” details. We all know he is lying 🤥 ☹️
Because he’s lying. He remembers very well but he’s just fudging.
7:09 did anyone else catch the Freudian slip-up? He started to say “she said she lived nearby” but corrected himself…
He's a horrible liar! The detective moved on from where he was driving that night, and he tried so hard to continue giving information about it was a huge red flag!
The guilty conscience is messing him all up!
He’s foggy on the details of his whereabouts bc he is lying. Look how easily he recalls the truth when mentioning the paperwork.
He's so confident about everything else... the stuttering around and giving vague information repeatedly was cringe.
I know I went somewhere bc I came back. Haha
😂
“She said she was I mean they said she was” sounds like a Freudian slip to me
You'd think he would know better. Just ask for a lawyer man. Your "cop" status isn't going to give you a pass on this.
He thinks they're his friends...
Trying to look relaxed when a knee is 5inches from his groin
😂
Hahaaaaa good one 😂😂
WHY WAS SHE SITTING SO CLOSE TO HIM. HER LEGS ALMOST TOUCHING HIM😮😮😮
Sitting way to close. Almost leg locked.
Intimidation tactic.
Make him feel nervous because she no he done it . She no he hates women!
Could be partly camera angle as well. He's such a terrible liar luckily
@shweefranglais7900 No angle her legs are almost intertwined with his.
Tell me you was in the area , without telling me your in the area
That lady is almost sitting on his lap.
She’s on his ass. 😂
The yes he's guilty button
anybody else notice how close the female detective was sitting next to him?
That's to make him sweat. And he is.
Pressure
He was NOT an ex officer. They found out he committed this murder and tried to distance themselves. He was an officer when he killed her.
All they did was identify him by his current status. Currently, he is an ex-officer. If they didn't word it like that, then you'd be on here saying, "Why is he still employed as an officer"? I mean they arrested him, fired him, and now he's on trial, what more do you want?
Exactly
It's funny how he thinks they're buddies and they believe him.😂😂😂 That's how I interrogate
this is just the first one to get caught. do not DO NOT leave your kids unattended.
He was cruising and looking for his usual victims or a new one. He probably made rounds hoping to see that child out by herself. If there’s cameras I bet you see his vehicle alllllll the time! He’s such an unworthy being.
The female detective is using the Reid technique to the letter.. she's practically sitting on his lap, she's changed the way she talks to sound hip and cool, laughing with him, making him feel like everything he says is totally fine, she's super friendly.... she does a good job .... and how does a cop not know to leave his phone at home?
Guilty as the day is long. Not what one would say "quick on his feet."
It's fun for me to watch him scramble for a story, knowing that he is guilty.
She said they said smh
Did y'all hear him say, "She said she was they said she was" so he was probably trying to pick her up or did pick her up and she told him she lived nearby. He tried to clean up what he said with some double talk before he wipes his nose. I believe he either hit her with his truck and maybe that's how his rearview mirror got broken and afterwards he took her clothes to hide evidence and took her in those woods to conceal it all or he just planned to take someone that night and felt she was a good opportunity
Black Kohberger...driving around looking at stars. 😂😂
On a thick cloudy night
Haga😂😂aaaaa
Go to 7:02 the detectives ask do you know where Susana lived and he responds “she said she” then changes it to “they said she”! This guy is telling on himself!
Do you understand the fear you would have if a police officer pulled over asked if you needed a ride you trust him he's the police😢 and then he turns around like Jeffrey Dahmer and chokes you out to fear the confusion I'm sure your whole life flashes between before your eyes 👀 and think again how many cops do this every day😢
Dude is sweating like hell he knows he kill the girl
I bet these lies taste like gravel in his mouth.
FOR EVERYONE ASKING WHY IS THE FEMALE DETECTIVE IS SO CLOSE TO HIM! ITS BECAUSE AT THE TIME OF THE INTERVIEW THEY ARE CO WORKERS WHO KNOW EACH OTHER WELL, SHE IS IN ATTEMPTS TO MAKE HIM SLIP UP UNDER THE PRETENSE OF A FALSE FRIENDSHIP STILL BEING PRESENT. IF BOTH DETECTIVES SAT FAR AWAY FROM HIM IT WOULD DEFINITELY MAKE ANYONE FEEL INTERROGATED INSTEAD OF A CLOSE CONVERSATION.
That is NOT why. It's an interrogation technique to make the person uncomfortable and get them to talk.
@@jamierupert7563 “uncomfortable to talk” that doesn’t even sound right 😂
It’s part of a well known interrogation procedure called the Reid Technique. Look it up.
Like how she sat right in front off him!
Yes! He can't get away. She's using her 'friendly' voice in the beginning, suggesting places he might have been, right in front of him. He's toast.
She know he’s a freak she wanted to make him comfortable
Facts, the way she is sitting so close is a technique used to add pressure.
@@weztciide619make him feel uncomfortable 😳
I said the same thing to when I click on ! I said to myself why is she so close to him😮 are they trying to cover this up
I like when interrogators pretend that they are cool just to get you comfortable and running your mouth!!😂😂😂
Notice the friendly banter interview technique????
Common procedure.
What a dummy to go in for "questioning."
He thought he was smarter, probably passed their psych test with no issues, they always do. Just think if more killers would become police officers….
Yep, he thinks he's smarter than everyone
They will get him in prison for this Evil sht
He is talking his way to jail!!! 🤯
Thanks for posting❤
When he reported the gun missing, he told a different story about his girlfriend and their night out before they came home
It's gotta be sickening to know your a female detective and trained to keep the suspect seduced. Look and listen how flirty she seems sitting close to him to get him comfortable to confess.
She sik
Lady detective got her accent and all going lol foh
Acting 101😂😂
The snapping of the fingers 🙄
I hate people who get a lil power and abuse it. It don't matter what color you are having a lil power will turn people corrupted. This dude is sick. R.I.P to that child.
I'm usually supportive of law enforcement. Howevr this guy sounds exactly like every guilty "good for nothing" criminal that's ever sat in that chair. I think she sits like that so he can smell the phermones and confuse him. I have to hand it to those officers. I could never sit there a play like I believe one stinkin' word he's says.
And he was a cop. That’s what is so awful!
"This sounds bad this sounds terrible " Anndddd Cut! That'll do it guys
Brilliant female detective. She has a not buying his BS
They already know all before the interview starts. Probably 5-6 experts watching this from another room, getting more questions ready. That’s how they do it. Watch the Russell Williams interview. It’s brilliant.
1:13 - “I know I went somewhere because I came back.”
The most bizarre answer to the question, “That night, did you go out …. at all?
Time stamp 7:05. “She said”.
He is GUILTY!
They got him cornered in that "Interview Room."..
That’s part of a well established plan. Classic procedure.
There Is no way he should remember what he was doing 6 months ago on a random night.
Now he is a victim.....his girlfriend chased me.....WOW !!!!!!
Take a Polygraph test to clear up everything . At least it would show a direction to go . But cops all reject that test . We know why .
@ 6:55 he slipped and said she said then quickly recovered and said they said. LIES!!
Why is she sitting on top of him!
SMH. With legs slightly ajar🙈
Yes bad ethic
It’s a technique.. adds pressure, to make him uncomfortable and make the room and space seem smaller. They’re reading him like a book.
Reid technique
Part of an established interrogation technique.
He has a hatred towards women. Wonder if the mother allowed the men in her life to disrespect and belittle her son.
That doesn't make sense 😂
"I drove around a lot .... meaning he is in deep dodo"
Could this female detective get any closer? If it is meant to intimidate, it doesn't look that way. Just comes off creepy.
I think it more like, you can’t hide from me, I KNOW you did it!
I was just thinking, cop don’t get that close to you if you are innocent, usually….
@@TheFrogfeeder 💯‼️
Remember he is a “fellow officer” so they were acquainted and wanted to come off like they were just chatting it up.
@@l.a.w.79 yep
The one time I got arrested, the detectives attempt at small talk to get me comfortable with talking lasted one minute or less before I asked for my lawyer. Never talk, and never talk too much.
Really, why the f is he sitting there asking about how is Xfinity mobiles service? How does that matter in this case?
he done this before ,
She's definitely not his first. Just the first one that he got caught with...so far.
He says “AND STUFF LIKE THAT” SOO many times
I love her interview stance. She locked him in by sitting so close.
It's really unbelievable to me how this gentleman just sat down and talked to them for hours without an attorney being that he was guilty. Like how did he not know better as former law enforcement? All he would have had to say is, "I did not do this but I would still like a lawyer." What a cocky fool. He just caught life without parole for those wondering.
That isn't a gentleman
The accused perp should have filed papers to run for office, then he could draw this out for years, then at worst he'd get probation.
Oops, forgot, he's Black. Disregard the first sentence.
Full panic mode.
What was the reason he ended up involved with this teen girl? Did he has crush on her or something?
The lies, the lies, the lies!
Why is that lady so close to him? I mean, she can still block his escape . She can still keep her exit open. She can still be as connected to or intimidating as she wants to be with him, but she doesn’t need to share his knee and foot space.
Wow! Look how close that female investigator is sitting to the defendant. They’re practically touching knees! Is this a tactic?
I don’t know anything about this case. Did he molest her as well?
This vile human being things he is fooling the detectives.
she said ... They said she was walking home.
Guilty!
He messed up and told on himself 7:00- 7:09!!! Comment if you caught it?!
She said ..they said . Busted buddy boii
I can tell he is lying. I'm sure they know he was lying too! He lies so much that he thinks he is good at lying but he is horrible at it, and his love ones never called him out. Horrible human being.
If you're in that room, they already know what you did.
The get close to suspect face-to-face... notice that female detective has her laptop right at the edge of the table.... other
detective sits directly across....eye to eye.... his story gets more surreal😮😮😮😮
😂
He is so stupid how did he think he was gonna get away with this and you’re a cop why would you speak with them without a lawyer
I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS EX OFFICER WAS EVEN QUESTIONED LIKE THAT HE IS ALL THE WAY QUILTY SOMETHING HAPPENED TO HIM HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN A OFFICER PERIOD HE'S WEIRD COME ON IT IS LIKE HE DOESN'T LIKE REJECTION AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET THE WOMEN OR MEN THAT REJECT HIM HES NUTS FOREAL THAT GIRL DID NOT DESERVE TO BE KILLED AND SO BAD SOMEONE NEEDS TO LET HIM KNOW THAT WAS MESSED UP PERIOD AND FOR WHAT MAKE THIS SHIT MAKE SENSE PLEASE ❤❤❤❤❤ FOR PARENTS AND FAMILY GOD BLESS
Quilty 😂😂😂😂
Had they not arrested and convicted him, I believe there would've been more victims, in particular the young lady whose apartment he attempted to break into.
6:57 "she said she live...they said she lived😳. 🤔⚡⚡⚡⚡ busted buddy boyyyy!!!! talk'em long enough eventually they'll slip up #RIPSusanaMorales🕊⚡
Not sure if I missed it but did his girlfriend testify during the trial?!
The detective is sitting in his lap😂
1st mistake suspect position relative to the camera.
2nd mistake is female officers IMMEDIATE overzealous body language.
The female detective hurt the investigation with her lack of ineffective interrogation techniques. She lost the confession. I hope #THEBEHAVIORPANEL covers this interview.
I’m shocked nobody ever says- “you’re sitting too close and freaking me out” .. I would definitely say back tf up.
He's still guilty of murder, they have enough evidence. He stalked another young lady that's a witness.
The Behavior Panel would have a heyday with him. In earlier footage of this international, he subtly nods his head "YES!"
Except he was found guilty off this testimony
Detective - “Do you know where Susana lived?”
Him - “she said, they said she was walking home.”
“She said, they said nearby.”
They Forsure picked up on that. What an idiot!
I really thought he would testify and say the girlfriend killed her and he helped cover it up..this man was sick and he should never be released because he would have become a serial killer
0:12 Susanna said “he had it on him”
0:17 “search his bag”
They’re speaking too loud. She’s saying something at 0:24 as well
1:02 “he’s lying!”
It’s common for the victim to follow their k*ller and try to communicate with the detectives & the one who did it.
Susanna is talking a lot here. Just have to listen. Can use earbuds on highest volume to help
She is right in front of him
This whole nerdy character is an act.
Dude showed his true character in the courtroom.
Does anyone know why he did it? I was so sad when they found her.
Making of a serial killer if not one already
No Hes not gone on stand 😢
