thanks. nice review. I just bought one and received it yesterday. I'm a 74-year-old weakling, so we'll see how it goes. Getting it in and out of the Subaru Outback or my truck is clearly going to be the main challenge for me....
They are heavy. The bike rack idea seems more plausible. Good luck
Hope you're getting out loads.
Awesome video. Love that Cali Weather.
Great video you assembled your handle stem the wrong way around and the engwe engine pro comes with a 3 amp charger
Dude, I believe you are correct on the stem... it looked funky. However engwe had told us 2amp.. have a good one
@@btheconsumer makes it much harder to mount, I did the same as you but when I set it up correctly had no trouble getting on/off
I was wondering why it looked different.
Engwe supply my bikes with 3 amp fast chargers
Suspension is pretty crap really
You're steering stem is fitted incorrectly, it could cause issues down the road
what issues? I mounted mine the same way on purpose as handlebar is closer to the seat which is more comfy
its meant to be the other way round
Hi, what is more fun to ride 20in tires bike or 26in? I was interesting to buy one for city streets riding.
Is it really that slow on hills
Great Review thanks. Do you think it will fit in my Model 3?
Hey I’ve just purchased one I put it together and I made the same mistake as you did ie little black cap i threw it in the bin 🗑️ following morning the bin were coming to emptying bins luckily I’d watched another video and the same little black cap so I went outside into the bin luckily I found the little black cap and put it where it should be boy i was lucky….Harry…
Your coupon code was rejected when I applied it to the Engine Pro + extra battery bundle. Any chance you can get Engwe to fix this?
Is it 1000w nominal power?
How do I make the steering wheel to the back
You need to ride the seat higher , also you’ll find the modes 3/4 a little slower in response, so if you go into the set up menu and alter the 1 to 5 assistance to 1 to 7 you will find it far more responsive. I suggest before you post you explore the bcoz your post is a waist of time
Good video but I think you need the saddled higher as your leg is quite bent and your not getting full extension. You had no juice because you were in the wrong gear. I have seen people on this bike going 15 to 17 miles an hour up hill and they were in the right gear.
I appreciate the feedback. I've ridden that in all fashions. We have much more powerful bikes so I can feel the differences. I'm also 225lbs which makes a difference. This is a nice Cruiser and is fine up some city hills.
@@btheconsumer 18 stones.! You're some 6 stones heavier than me and I'm 5'8" tall. You're a very big fellah. No wonder you could lift it the way you did. Most would need assistance getting it in a boot.
And, his stem is backwards. It's suppose to point forwards, not backwards.
@@sonicstep Body weight and mass has nothing to do with being strong! I am 5 ft 6 weigh 9 stone and lift my 130 pounds Sur Ron bike up to my apartment like it's nothing!
regen only works on assist 0 or 1 and only over 12klms.
then the green bar will come up on the screen
There's a smart person answer. Thanks.
11:13, that bike is incredibly heavy.! How on earth can you do that.? 😳
Any strong man can do that I'm 9 stone and carry my 130 lbs Sur Ron up stairs like it's nothing!
Carefull with the stem.. it could snap with enough pressure
Your Handlbars are mounted backwards, creates unstable ride
Nice bike. Looks good.
Make no mistake, it's extremely heavy and unwieldy too.! He makes it look so easy to lift, it certainly isn't.
Why you both riding them so low? it's really bad for your knees.
handlebars do not look like they have been correctly fitted
We had on backwards. Changed angle a bit.. we have found on some bikes, having them one way is good for shorter arms... IE our magicycle Ocelot pro...
@@btheconsumer I only noticed because I also have an engwe engine pro 😀
Handle bars are the wrong way round 😂
wrong orientation of handle bar....
Nice😊
Drag on rear wheel coasting seems counterproductive for range and unassisted pedaling..
Your stem looks backwards, I think it's suppose to be pointing forward. And, you're sitting too low.
Yay bikes for smaller people!
It can customize the seat i belive is more portable
@Eduardoツ yes this one is way better for me that some of our others!
@@jenwalshwellbalancedlifestyle i was thinking to buy the x26 but with the pro has a good rack, it can br portable on buses and trains because is small. The x26 too heavy and too big xd
Seems like it sucks up hills
No... doesn't suck up hills. He didn't have it in correct gear. He needed to change gear to go faster. I have seen another video where the person was going at least 12 miles per hour up hill and that's because they were in the correct gear
Na, it's not great up hill. I'm 210lbs. It goes 12mph or so. Our magicycle ocelot and cruisers go like 20+ uphill. This engwe goes 35+ downhill
@@btheconsumer dude in another comment you were 225lbs....if you are losing weight that fast, see a doctor !
Oh 750w so lame! Why can't these bikes be like 1500w nominal for same price
It's the gov'nah😂🫣
