We headed out of Botany Heads around Kurnell intending to fish the inshore reefs. Due to reasons out of our control we had to return back to Botany Bay where we tried for spotted whiting, only to be plagued by undersized flathead.
We then proceeded to captain cook bridge where we anchored up for bream.
We managed to catch a few bream with the biggest being 41.5cm
We went back to Botany bay where we picked up a tailor and more undersized flathead.
All in all we had a fun day.

Yeah, there’s about 52 Thursdays a year, & Kurnell, who knew that was a headland. Definitely a bite, sink dragging through a weed isn’t a bite.
