Helpful review dude. Very informative and has informed my shortlisting process. As you said “not uncommon” but definitely not “common”. You see BMW 1 & 3 series everywhere that you turn! P.S. The “baby latch” things (😂🤣) are called *Isofix points.* Nice review, keep up the great work! ✨👌
A nodding dog on the rear parcel shelf might be able to clean the inside of the rear window but as I am not a contortionist mine will just gather haze for the next 2 years. Praise the lord for the auto stop/start button (next to the start/stop button) so that you can pull away instantly and smoothly from the lights. The ride over 'a sleeping Policeman' would be much softer if it were the real thing. The 18" Tyres may be brilliant on great roads....but this is England . I dislike the smoked glazed rear/side windows . ( I sometimes have to open the rear doors just to check if Grandma is still sitting there otherwise it is a long weekend for her in my garage.
Hello Luke, I just came across your channel looking for info on the BMW 33e Touring, and seen this video on your 220i GC. I own a M235i XDrive here in the UK, I absolutely love it, and there are only a couple of things I hate about it, but there are so many things a I love about it (especially the engine). Great video.
@@Lukuss practically…hmmm 😂😂 It’s lovely to drive, extremely comfortable especially with the M Sport seats, very nippy and fun. Really good in wet conditions too.
Great review 🎉 I recently bought a 218i gran coupe love it but one thing that keeps happening and not sure if it should is when the grill opens it comes up with a yellow /orange spanner sign and says keep driving radiator fan ...... ever seen that ?
it seams to be my local Tesco's, most other stations are fine, maybe its just me but compared to other cars I have had and driven it just seams to happen on this car
maybe not long term but its booked in for its service now. im sure BMW would say yearly if it couldn't handle bi-yearly. alot of vehicles are going that way now
@@Lukuss Manufacturers were incentivising companies to buy their vehicles by saying “only 2 year service intervals required” fully knowing that companies would like this cost saving and not see the cars quicker deterioration in later years as they would have been sold on
@@Lukuss thanks mate. I've been test driving so many cars. I've gone ahead with this and don't get it until 20th October but nothing fully signed yet. I've test drove Cupra Ateca, 2.0 monster! 4 exhausts, all electrical heated seats and wheel, turn on via app. The Audi A3 SALOON, TSFI, S-Line.. Cupra Formentor 1.5.. ATECA or BMW so far. Then in test driving Peugeot 3008 on Saturday and that is beautiful inside!!
@@CR-bc1zt We have looked at an Ateca Cupra as theyre very similar all round in costs, lovely looking cars but thats about it. we are happy with the 220i for now
@phildormergolf insurance is tricky as its different for everyone. My M2 comp was £990 for the year. 220i because it has the "M sport" title is now a sports car and costs more??? 🤣

Thank you! And thanks for telling me what they're called 🤣

good review, very honest. No bull. thanks. I'm considering buying this, while I would love a 320, its (320) a little too expensive:(

Ahhh thank you, I'd like to upgrade to the 235i, reckon it would be a good balance of fun power and practicality

@andrewg6957 thank you! I'd assume there is a fault with a sensor or the grill opening and needs to be checked
Hi , Picking up my M235i next week. How did you find the handling coming out of M2 comp? Lot people hating on this for the front wheel drive. Thanks
@tommyhall7043 Hello, absolutely fine tbh and the 235i is Xdrive so will be different again, will no doubt handle better.
Good review 😂 your a funny guy without trying. Have you had any issues up to now? Really want a 235i ❤
Thanks, nope no issues at all!
Hi I am new to this channel, massive love from Milan 🙌
Welcome!
I never had a problem with the nozzle on the gas station.

Nice little review. Around 10 mins is about right
Thank you
If you want to keep this car long term I suggest you change the engine oil and filters yearly as a minimum

Do you think a 6ft man can sit conveniently in driver seat? Thanks
Absolutely!
Many Thanks, Peace From London!! 👍👍👍
