To remove the air box MUCH easier use a heat gun, or a hair dryer and heat up the air inlet (remove the filter to get to it). I ran the heat gun for about 5 mins and it popped off easy.
Also, after removing the tank turn the key on and then charge the fuel pump. Then shutoff, and turn on fuel pump again. Do that two or three times to get the air out of the system.
