High court Judges are highly efficient and know the law by heart, people who appear before his Lordship appear not prepared for the court and hence the Judge -his lordship reminds them of their due diligence and despite his lordships directions and comments fail to fulfil their procedural duties. I am happy that we have Judges who know their law and guide their parties at litigation to be ultra careful & follow due diligence.
