@@stuv_wx Ram Rajya is a moniker to show *an ideal form of governance where the rights of every living being is preserved while natural conservation are upheld i.e even prevention of wanton tree cutting , hunting etc. taking into account the right to life of every living being and allowing "all traditions to continue" .* In case one hasn't lived under the rock for centuries, India has had centuries old tradition of marriages between intersex couples which has been a tradition since ancient times. There is an entire festival for that matter where the intersex come together and perform marriage ceremonies taking blessings of a Naga deity called 'Iravan' (thought to be son of Arjuna and Ulupi in Vyasa Mahabharata). Such festivals have been legal since time immemorial. Of course *colonial times were illiberal and our constitutional laws follow colonial laws hence the word 'legal' hasn't been inserted yet for such marriages which are happening despite anyone's interference.* Hence it is time to wakeup to reality that *Indian culture doesn't ban anything of the sort but it does uphold natural laws that a new born infant needs heterosexual parents to grow up in a conducive normal environment. It is the right of the child as much the parents have to marry another of their own sex.* Marriages aren't the problem as same sex couples don't reproduce. Their intent to reproduce takes away the rights of the next gen. to live a normal life and the after effects have been seen in American society let's be open about that. There are identity crises and severe trauma faced by children of such couples. Hence marriages may be legalized but their further actions must go through legal norms that protect the human rights in this country. Medical institutes and centers for artificial insemination/fertilization/conception etc. must understand this and then they must make decisions sensitive to the issue. This three parent, two same sex parent invitro fertilization or artificial fertilization etc. must be marked as a project equal to human - animal hybridization and treated as the same. This herein lies the problem. After marriages LGBTQ+ will ask for their right to bear children. Think a hundred times before replying what type of society would you want to see ? Genetically impaired or a Normal society ??
Yes the title is misleading. JSD spoke very well and the SC judges too heard him out without interrupting. JSD was also respectful to the bench.
