I am feeling proud as an Indian after seeing the way of putting an argument as many ways as it may possible. This gives us the confidence, that we have a lot of talent to make a pool of expert professionals, who can make ideal laws. The parliament should have the right to except or reject a particular law in complete without any trimming. So that the law cannot be distorted or twisted as per individual requirements. The complete law can be removed or replaced as per the time and situation.

What an intellectual place supreme court is, where the panel of judges clearly listens to the argument keeping aside their personal biases and a well read scholar like J sai deepak argues for the national interest, An immpecable place to exchange information. More such arguments should be uploaded on the internet, this shows the beauty of indian judiciary and democratic system, where one person listens to other and counter their argument wherever it violates the constitution. In my POV both CJI chandrachud and J sai deepak are intellectuals, they both know how to respect each other, what is meaning to hold their positions in judiciary. SUCH a CJI and LAWYERS are need to maintain the healthy state of indian democracy. I'm proud of my country so does its legislative, administrative and judicial instituions.

Egos got hurt here as I see it , since Sai Ji started the down side of the nalsar judgment it thus triggered the reaction from the honourable judge, Mr. Sai was so respectful n was highlighting the point, which has effect on this grave gender issue being manipulated by the vested interest to there advantage. Power play supercedes no matter what, hope it's understood by one n all.
I am just a common man without much knowledge of complicated technicalities , but my simple understanding is that issues effecting the society at large , the new generation n there future not ti be in doldrums is Supreme, so the judgements should be taken with that in mind. Above all the courts exist for the societies to function healthily n not vice Vera. Excuse me if my matter in not in line
Mr Sai Deepak Ji is a phenomenal personality with so much clarity of thoughts n fluency in his speaking that makes him indomitable, thus many r subjected to prejudice
