Honestly, the sound test is probably my favorite part of the reviews.
The speakers are impressive for about $500 and 144hz, wow.

This one has AV1 hardware decoder, it is a must have feature on an entertainment device. TH-cam, Netflix, Twitch, Reels already moved to AV1 codec. One more thing others like iPad and Galaxy Tab S don't have. Thank you Flossy for this great review.

Touchwiz and Samsung experience was horrible software. One UI is the best Android skin. Ten times better than the rest and even stock android.

the free folio case, better screen, and faster chip among other things put this ahead of the pixel tablet in my head. charging dock is cool but when I use a tablet, I like to prop it up, watch videos and read articles. great review Floss, my pad gets delivered next week

Yours is the first to mention that it has accessibility features. Sometimes some OS's take it out for their version of Android. I am so glad Oneplus have left it in for Oxygen OS. They nailed the price on this, the processors power is somewhere in between the 8 Gen 1 and 8+ Gen 1.
I was thinking of getting one, but Asus is going to release the ROG Ally, and there's rumors that it'll only be $700. I know they're not competing with each other, but I've been looking for a handheld with more power than the Steam Deck and thought it was going to take longer 😅

Wow I'm SO happy, thet the android tablet market is back, triggered by Samsung. The little dark age has passed and now we gotta get back our golden Era again. This tablet is basically an ipad running android and it's amazing. Especially the pricing. I can't wait to see what will happen next... *Rejoice!*

Tablet is weak. They could've done way better. Just make it 600$ and put everything on it. Head Phone Jack, SD card slot, NFC, Always on display, 16gb ddr5 ram, USB4 or USB 3.2- ufs storage speed high. Bezzelless, 4K OLED 165 HZ REFRESH. SMH..

Great review Flossy! Thank you! I like this tablet. But I'm looking and comparing this with the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro. Really struggling to decide between the two. But for me, the best android tablet with the best price is the Lenovo p11 pro gen2.
Price is lot cheaper on Tab P11 Pro. The lenovo is completely respectable tablet.

@icybalerion8971 I personally think it's great. I use it mainly for media consumption, so the OLED screen and the quad speakers are amazing. The chip is good too, no real complaints. And I got it for about 300 dollars.

Appreciate the video man. Just ordered the OnePlus Pad and got the magnetic keyboard, and OnePlus stylus for $462 with tax and shipping. Got it on sale and stacked 5% off with Capital One.
I'm a Techie but this will be my first tablet. Apparently it can screen mirror from your OP phone which is pretty dope. Also like that it doesn't need a data plan since it can use your OnePlus phone as a hotspot too. I'd prefer an OLED panel but for the money it's hard to turn down. My OnePlus 12 should arrive around the same time. I'm stoked bro.
One thing I want is while viewing photos in 4:3 transferred from a phone what does it look like?
Can it play 4k 60fps from a phone video wise?

it's very nice, wish there was a mini version of this tablet though like around 7-8 inch.
That would be awesome. I got the legion y700, but it would be nice to have other android competitors to the ipad mini.

Surprised Google hasn't managed to figure out that when you attach a physical keyboard, you don't want the on screen keyboard to pop up. I know you can use null keyboard, but you shouldn't have to.
