I own the pad 5 and it works excellent and does everything i want even now. the non pro version of the pad 6 series also have a solid and very respected processor if i remember correctly the snapdragon 870. that's enough for mot of the things that a user can do with a tablet.
Always go for a device which will be good in 3 to 4 years in future , this pad doesn't fit that area since this is first attempt from OnePlus..wait for its successor

You can get ipad 9 gen for 30k using discounts and spend the rest on apple pencil . Yeah there would be many compromises but everyone in my student circle prefers ipads for note making over any android tab
