I work in a flour mill in the UK, you have no worries about the flour exploding, it will only do so if the flour particles in the air reach a certain density.
I once swept a big pile of car filler dust into the extraction system and it blew up .Hell of a bang and flash and it split all the square steel ducting . I think it causes a electrostatic spark which makes the dust explode .

Confirmed trying to pull a live grenade pin with your teeth will break your teeth. But obviously this was c4 but still cool none the less.
