if you get the opportunity, use the 5 7 on a full tank, that way you get a one side entry no exit and a bottle that will spin thru the air like a crazy rocket... but if you want to go big, 4 full tanks and a 50 cal, that would be a prime video.
Just a bit of advice! You have a marker, circle the hole when you examine the target. That way you won't have to guess what hole is what or if you even hit the target.
Edwin, please do us all a favour and find something to hide behind when you're doing these types of 'experiments .' Some of those ricochets sound really close and are obviously travelling at a considerable speed. They could quite easily cause you or Gasparito some serious damage. Be safe, bud 😉👍🏻👍🏻

But a great deal depends on what you're shooting at, how big and how fast the bullet is travelling, deformation of the bullet, and what angle you're shooting from, to name but a few of the variables involved in attempting to predict the trajectory of a ricochet. Basically, if a ricochet is a possibility, you have absolutely no idea where it might end up. It simply can't be calculated! It's always safe to do something the way you've done it for the past 5 years....until that one in a million chance happens. Is it really worth risking your life, and those about you, on the premise of 'it should be OK!?'
Those cylinders are DOT-3AA1800 steel that are hydrotested at 3000 psi. They're pretty stout. I enjoy your videos a lot. Great father and son quality time. I think a roll of electrical tape would good for covering holes from previous shots so you would easily identify new holes.

It would be awesome to see you remake this but with full tanks to see if the expanded tank from the pressure would make a difference. Only thing is once you shoot a tank you won't be able to touch it until it has a hole so get a better zoom on your camera and a long stick. I shoot, eat, throw, kick, hold a fishpole, "wipe" left handed but I write, throw a Frisbee, shoot an archery bow ( & aim with right eye ) right handed. The really strange thing is that, as a Draftsman, I held the mechanical pencil left handed, even though I write right handed. Yup, we're strange.

If you shoot small call and hit the bottle perfect center, the bullet will bounce back perfect in your direcetion
