That's not true. Had I told my ex that, he would have never had given me the information to my boyfriend now who was his friend then. That topic is “How to get him interested on social media,” “ how can you tell if he’s interested on social media,” etc. I think this would make a really cool topic because it’s not talked about much and when I put in the search bar “how can I tell if he likes me when we are friends on social media,” the only thing I can find is what to do if we or in person, what body language to look out for. Well, in my case, and I’m sure there are many others in my position as well that need to know what can you do when social media is all you have.
I think it is never about following all those tips. It's just about meeting the right person. We can do all the shit all against the rules be needy af, rude, too sweet whatever and they will still be crazy about us.. and also we can follow all the best rules in the world and still they won't be interested in anything serious.. Document all interactions with your child's father keep any records with times and dates. Get away from that lawyer find a new one. Call around and ask questions.Apply for a new job in a new city/virturally make sure it can be more than enough to sustain you and your child with a peaceful joyous life.❤
If you and the father of your child were never married, you have 100% full custody. If he's not actively participating in the child's life or paying child support, and there's no court ordered shared parenting plan, you are free to do whatever you like. Also, I ditto the comment that you need to find a Domestic Relations attorney that knows what their doing.
Have a few questions which determine what options you have: does he interact with his child, how old is the child? You said he ‘doesn’t assist you’…does this mean he doesn’t help with finances? Or he doesn’t interact with his child at all? If he does interact with his child then you shouldn’t move and I agree with the lawyer. If he has no interest or contact with his child, perhaps move only if it’ll improve your financial situation. Children do better in all metrics when they have their fathers in their lives…even if infrequently compared to not having them in their lives at all.
From what I understand from personal experiences. You have to do both. Sometimes you treat him like a king, and sometimes you punishing him and letting him know what he did wrong. Never be scared , if he is mature he knows where he is messed up and it’s ts ok. What’s not ok is to always treat him like he is a hero when he is not. You can still love him regardless of situation but your love should not justify his actions
What about if the man is insecure? Found ex, wife to be, in bed with another guy. Has trust issues. When I pulled away for a bit, after he did something wrong and to create a challenge, he said he lost interest. We though continued to talk and when giving him reassurence and telling him how much I like him his feelings came back. Explain this please.

Document all interactions with your child's father keep any records with times and dates.
Get away from that lawyer find a new one. Call around and ask questions.Apply for a new job in a new city/virturally
make sure it can be more than enough to sustain you and your child with a peaceful joyous life.❤

If you and the father of your child were never married, you have 100% full custody. If he's not actively participating in the child's life or paying child support, and there's no court ordered shared parenting plan, you are free to do whatever you like. Also, I ditto the comment that you need to find a Domestic Relations attorney that knows what their doing.

Have a few questions which determine what options you have: does he interact with his child, how old is the child? You said he ‘doesn’t assist you’…does this mean he doesn’t help with finances? Or he doesn’t interact with his child at all? If he does interact with his child then you shouldn’t move and I agree with the lawyer. If he has no interest or contact with his child, perhaps move only if it’ll improve your financial situation. Children do better in all metrics when they have their fathers in their lives…even if infrequently compared to not having them in their lives at all.

From what I understand from personal experiences. You have to do both. Sometimes you treat him like a king, and sometimes you punishing him and letting him know what he did wrong. Never be scared , if he is mature he knows where he is messed up and it’s ts ok. What’s not ok is to always treat him like he is a hero when he is not. You can still love him regardless of situation but your love should not justify his actions

What about if the man is insecure? Found ex, wife to be, in bed with another guy. Has trust issues. When I pulled away for a bit, after he did something wrong and to create a challenge, he said he lost interest. We though continued to talk and when giving him reassurence and telling him how much I like him his feelings came back. Explain this please.
