4 months post acl and grade 3 meniscus tear (even doctors said that by looking at mri) but now i can jump(my only 1 jump out 100 is where there is pain or very little instability) i can change run change directions without any problem. Does that mean that my initial mri is misinterpreted for partial acl tear as full tear? i also have tight hips on my left side so can contributes to instability in left knee have some swelling on thigh

usually 6 months ke baad pain nahi hota. 15 days physiotherapy karo, agar fir bhi nahi theek hoga toh aapko evaluate karenge.
