My pledge for Earth’s Abundance expansion has been pushed back even MORE months. And it sounds like some of the Marvel United crew is still waiting for their pledge from January of 2023. This is just the reality of production of our time now. We should expect 50% longer than what we are told.
Was just thinking that maybe a Top 10 Games to start a collection with/ 10 Games to play to get into the hobby, showcasing different types/genres of games and mechanisms could be fun. So so many games have come out- maybe there's some new essential games out there. I do think Heat would be on that list for me, for hand management and track movement fg.
Voidfall is a deep/complex strategy game that is really good. It looks overwhelming but the rules and graphical design are so good that you can be playing pretty smoothly after a couple of rounds of the tutorial. Its at that point that you realize the complexity is in narrowing down the decision space in order to efficiently and effectively execute a winning strategy. Great game but definitely in the deep end of the pool. I'm with you on Beast. Enjoy hidden movement genre but this fell very flat for us. For us, any of the following is a better game -- Mind MGMT, Fury of Dracula, and Whitehall Mysteries.
Keep the Heroes Out is such a good game! You should play it ASAP!
Paint the Roses comes with a pad of paper thing to keep track of everything. It’s a great game!
Ver-DANT?
I suggest VERD-ent

VER-dant. Accent on the first syllable. Hurts my ears to hear you butcher the pronunciation.
