You've probably heard of "Schrodinger's cat," which is a Erwin Schrodinger's thought experiment meant to illustrate the nature of quantum indeterminacy. Millenium's vampires can't regenerate if their head gets blown up because they're "fake" vampires, hell even a body shot can kill them if it's big enough (Seras killed the vampire woman in episode 1 with a huge body shot). That's why Alexander Anderson was surprised when cutting Alucard's head didn't kill him, because Anderson is used to deal with "fake" vampires considering Alucard might be the last real vampire on Earth (at least the only one we've seen) until he turned Seras. That means that Schrödinger isn't just a vampire (as you noticed he teleported back to the nazi base instantly, vampires can't do that), he's something more or something else entirely. - Basically all that the fake vampires can do is not age, be stronger and faster than humans and turn their victims into ghoul. They can have low level magic too but barely. They can't summon demons or survive a decapitation like Alucard can and they can't produce other vampires like he did with Seras.
The majority of the show is explained in the very quick dialogue that you sometimes miss while talking to eachother. For example, one of the best jokes of the episode (in my opinion) is when Alucard explains to Rip Van Winkle that his boss is a girl, he was a girl at one point, nobody can understand his sexual preference and that she needs to check her privilege.

The bit about impaling 20,000 people identifies Alucard as the historical Vlad, not a son. Alucard's durability is...well, shouldn't be explained fully until you've seen the rest of the show, but the in-story logic fits once you've seen everything. Schrodinger's survival is because he/she is unique (the Schrodinger's cat thing), not from raw durability.

This shows us his second ability: He can choose to let someone observe him, and since he's EVERYWHERE, he can basically teleport, which is why he is instantly back at the Nazi base. The audio during the plane scene was cut off due to copyright. It doesn't sound as good without the music. The music made it 10/10 better but it's still a great scene.

The answer is both because because it is a paradox until u open the box and find out. The character is a living paradox becahe can be in multiple places and both alive and dead.
The audio sounds different due to a copyright issue they had with the original version of the episode. They removed the copyrighted content but it messed up the audio

So the thing about Alucard's speech to Van Winkle. The check your privilege thing has been around for years even before this was written/released. I don't think it was started on twitter, it definitely was popularized on Twitter though..

They have hinted to it all throughout both the original OVA and the abridged, that Alucard is Dracula. If you look closer at the name Alucard you will see that it's Dracula spelled backwords. But in Castlevania however Alucard is Draculas son he is the anti Dracula, his complete opposite.

the shooting at the meeting was kind of confusing. I choose to believe the girl-boy-thing shot ITSELF in the head. It would seem out of character for the PG to use anything that small-caliber, and our chief vampire would likely not care near that much. Don't ask how, but I get the feeling that Creature can exist wherever it likes, whenever it likes. The Dame of this episode could only dream of being that random. :P
