And also I have one more question, can I add some other exercises like diamond push ups , Pike push up and bench dips? I like these exercises very much ❤

Absolutely! You can definitely add those exercises to your workout routine. They are great variations of push ups and will add more challenge and target different muscle groups. Just remember to listen to your body and make sure you are using proper form to prevent injury. Keep up the good work!

I'm sorry to hear about your injury last week. A stiff neck can be really uncomfortable and limiting. I hope you were able to fully recover after those two days. As for the diamond push and pike push up, I would be happy to show you the proper form. It's always better to ask and learn the correct way to do an exercise to prevent any injuries. Don't apologize for asking questions, that's how we all learn and improve. Let's schedule a time to go over the proper form together. Take care!

Yes, following the video every day can help reduce belly fat. Regular exercise and a healthy diet are key components to reducing belly fat. Also, make sure to give yourself rest days to give your body time to recover.
