my wife and I were in Pittsburgh last weekend and we found that if you miss a turn, there's always another way lol. Absolutely fell in love with the city's beauty and fantastic people. People there have pride and clean the streets when they see trash, let you in when you need to get over and are super down to earth. Future home for sure!
Rarely hear of any particularly bad crime from Pittsburgh. I visited there about 10 years ago and felt very safe and quite honestly, the people looked relatively happy and not stressed like many large cities.
Your videos are so informative. It would be nice if you set "chapters" for them. That way we can easily review the information that is the most important for us.
This is spot on! I just moved to Pittsburgh a few weeks ago from Philly & one of the first things I noticed was how polite people are here. What a difference compared to Philly😂 I’m originally from the Jersey Shore & something else I really love is all the nature! I look out my window & see beautiful trees with all the autumnal leaves, literally gorgeous. And you’re correct about affordability. Much cheaper than Jersey & Philly. So far, I really like it here! I can’t wait to explore all the food places soon! The only thing I despise is..No WaWa lol but I’ll get over that eventually 😂🖤💛

Now great combination of words, voice and visionary evidence! Great presentation by ny standard! Ta! I wish I could be back again. I love the Three Rivers area! Ta!
Im not a primanti hater but id rather eat anything else but Primantis The gyros in pittsburgh are the best! Also the pizza ,pierogies, and Sunseris bakery in the strip! Yes i live 2 hours north of Pittsburgh and when i come here I always feel like ive come home! Ive been researching the area my favorites areas around Pittsburgh are 1 Mt lebo/Dormont 2.Shadyside/Bloomfield/east liberty last and coming in last southside just a bit too crazy on the weekends🎉😂
Moving here from California. I’m so sad but we have to move for my husband’s job. It looks great I will just miss my home in California. I am born and raised California and spent 32 years here. I do look forward to exploring PA and maybe getting back into horseback riding.
@@livinginpittsburghpennsylvania Thanks so much! I'm from PA, just not Pittsburgh. I'm currently in Flagstaff, AZ. I sold my house here in November, and got a good chunk. I'm not a big fan of Northern Arizona, and Phoenix is a real desert.

Wow. You were talking about how nice it is that people can afford homes there then immediately talk about how people can invest in the housing market. Real estate speculators and property hoarding landlords have destroyed housing markets in other cities and made it unaffordable for working people!
NOT Nexus Real Estate. Or JJ Land Company. Oakland is all college rentals so the landlords all sucks. Right now we are renting from an old French man who won't help us with the rat situation. lol it's really nice here I promise,,, just bad landlords.
pgh is a small city ,there shouldn't be any traffic at all . fort Pitt bridge exiting the city is the worse . no easy way to get out of the city unless you live in the north hills.

The reason the city population is so small is because the area of Pittsburgh proper is so small. The border is so tight. The metro area is over 2 million
Moving to Pittsburgh within the next month. A young black couple. How is the diversity? Heard a few stories and they seem mis leading I know it’s not the best question to ask but I have to. Do you think we would feel more uncomfortable or is the people very inclusive etc.
It is very segregated and you will feel tension when walking in certain areas. It’s one of those places where you won’t get into a club because of what your wearing. Then you’ll see a white person walk in with no problem wearing the same thing.
5.8% up from 1.6% since 1990. Pittsburgh has some great universities and a growing tech scene has increased Asian population. Not the Asian population of the west coast or NYC, but growing.
I heard there are a lot of furries and a huge music culture there, and looking at the comments, moving there sounds like a really good idea, maybe i will, does it have a broad list of Job opportunities?
Seems like this a smart video, just from the title. I got do some things right now so can't watch this second but will when I'm done to make sure the important stuff covered. So just in case the girl doesn't reveal it and she's willing to put those coming from certain places in jeopardy just so she can make a commission I need to say If your originally from CLEVELAND, BALTIMORE, CINCINNATI AND NEW ENGLAND, don't bother coming, we don't want you.

Yes… unlike Philly where every street is a one way 😂 I appreciate this fact so much after visiting my Philly family

Exactly. City is only 58 square miles. If it combined with county like other cities . It would be 6th biggest in county.

Beyond the areas close to the college campuses, no.
Yes! In Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Oakland, East Liberty. My dad is Chinese he used to own a restaurant here. It is a wonderful city!!

Pittsburgh was also voted the worst place to live for singles, or just about anyone that wants a social life. you conveniently left that out.
Jesus. Just read the word and sound it out.
